Direct call from the extension send voicemail to call queue extensions
Ability to forward those direct voice messages to all extension to a call queue extension so they can one a one place to check it in that queue

Have app save my choice for input and output. If the headset is not recognized, them go to the default setting.

The app should remember the last setting. Only go to default if the that choice(headset) is not available.

Ability to accept calls from prison
From a law firm:
For the past month
they are unable to receive calls from jail
- The call would come in and when they press 1 to accept the call
- they would hear a prompt error message that says: RingCentral does not support incoming calls from Prison- as of the moment - No Resolution is available - even if we enable call screening we cannot customize the announcement or prompt our vendor does not support incoming calls from Prison

Canada - Individual's Name with Caller ID telephone number
Ability to set the individual's name as part of the caller ID in Canada. Right now we can only send the business name but competitors (Zoom) can send the individual's name along with their telephone number.

Outbound Caller ID Template Phone Numbers
The request is for user templates to leverage phone numbers assigned to sites while using the multi-site feature for outbound caller ID number settings. Currently, the only choices in the template for outbound caller ID number are "Company Numbers" and not the full list of other numbers currently associated to other sites.

Filter call log and recordings through Role Domain settings
Request is for the ability for defined users (site admins) in different sites to be able to only access call log and recordings for users within the site(s) they have domain role access to. The current custom role domain definition does not extent to the call logs/recordings.

Cordless Phone participation in Shared Lines (branched off of Shared Line/RingGroups line item)
AE Commentary: "I wanted to confirm on the anticipated product roadmap to enhance shared lined functionality to support cordless. As mentioned, Lamps Plus is requesting this capability since having cordless phones in their stores is invaluable. They cannot operate using RingGroups with extensions since this prevents them from having a complete call recording when inbound calls are parked temporary and retrieved from any phone.
Their SVP of Operations is going to make a decision whether to continue with RingCentral or not given the constraints of our platform.

Remove ability for users to place themselves into a DND state on RC Desktop app, Physical phones and RC Mobile...
...app (Android). So that State is removed completely from user view. Would like this to be programmable to advised user groups, rather than set at account level. Customer is a hotelier and do not want any of their onsite users to "accidentally" place themselves (or shared devices) into DND, as this would prevent incoming calls (business) coming into the location. Even with education system mis-use can still be achieved by the end user

Configurable minimum length RC authentication password
Robert Half has requested the ability to configure the minimum length of the RC authentication password to 16 characters. Their plan is to leverage SSO, but also allow RC authentication, they believe allowing a minimum of 16 characters will make it more secure.

Map Custom Fields with Active Directory Integration
The request is to enable the use of Custom Fields and have attribute mapping with Active Directory integration in order to push data into those fields from AD. This will require RingCentral to expose the variables for custom fields similar to other attributes that can be mapped today with AD.

A user receives an email notification of a VM in RC. If users listens to the VM in RC, that is, change from unread to read, change the email notification in user's Outlook to read.

Assign CCP to multiple Cost Centers
Administrators need to be able to determine which Cost Center triggered a CCP so that they can bill it back to the site assigned to this cost center. Some organizations have 100s of sites and therefore 100s of Cost Centers.

Ability to restrict users from changing individual user data (first name, last name, etc.) while keeping the ability to reset voicemail PIN
Administrators would like to disallow users from making changes to their individual user info but still be able to change their voicemail PIN. When unchecking user info, the user is not able to change their voicemail pin. The request is to be separate those permissions.
