  1. We are using the Windows version of the RingCentral app (version 22.4.34.6382 Windows).On the main call log screen, it shows the Caller's Name that we add on the Contact Card, but it'd be nice if we could also see the Company Name field that is on their contact card.

  2. We are unhappy with the 'reverse park' function. When we put phone calls on a 'park location' our phone rings back after 8 1/2 minutes. We do at times have our customers on holder longer then 8 /12 minutes. We would appreciate being able to either turn that function off or extending the function to 15+ minutes. Thank you!

  4. There needs to be a URI Scheme that brings up the RC app to a specific SMS conversation. Something like: rcapp://sms?number=<phone number>.RC has implemented various other URI schemes for some functions in RCApp, but not to get to SMS? https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/basics/uri-schemesI strongly feel that RC needs to be to expose the complete functionality of the RC app via a complete set of URI schemes.   5. Can we please have a more streamlined "Receptionist" HUD view that isn't full of the messages on the right and that is controlled by the Admin? Make it easier for a Receptionist/Switch Board person to easily see all user's status and drag and drop phone call transfers. Just a listing of extensions, their status and the phone. The current Phone/HUD/Extensions list is separate for each user and there is no ability to set a "main profile/look" for ALL users as an admin. Plus for a big organization, that current list can be LONG and not a quick and easy view…

  8. The Softkeys on Polycom VVX450 phones come preconfigured as "new call", "intercom", "DND" and "page". It would be good to be able to change these keys for all users in ring central to something more useable such as "company directory", "missed calls" etc.An new call can be made by just dialling a number so this key is wasted.

  9. When a call goes thru a call queue in a rotation settings and a member was not able to answer, this will count as missed call which is should not count as missed.

  10. The customer is getting spam voicemails. These are 20 sec of silence voice messages. If the spam calls cannot be blocked, there should be no way for spam call to leave and send voicemail.

  15. The RingCentral App is very rich in settings.It would be great to have a "Reset settings to default" option to help in scenarios where users have changed many settings to the extent they cannot remember what changes were made and why the app is no longer working as it should.

Please can you enhance Call Handling Templates so that they can be applied to not only RingCentral Users, but also extensions for Sites, IVRs and Queues.This feature would be particularly useful when we have been asked by the business to divert all calls in the phone system for a specific business area.

  18. in a sales environment, we want to execute a rotational call handling. However, we may want a particular high performing user to recieve more calls than others. The ability to set a limit of calls for lower performing users or bump the priority of a high performing user would be a great feature.

  19. In my situation I use a desk phone in the office and the ring central app on my cell phone when out of the office. I don't like for both of them to ring simultaneously. It would be useful to be able to assign a specific extension to the desk phone, and separate extensions to the desktop app, and cell phone app that way we can transfer calls to the particular device we want without having to ring all or waiting for it to ring at each device.

  20. When calls are transferred, only the caller ID of the transferring party shows in the recent call list of the physical device of a user (Polycom vvx250) in this case. The computer and mobile apps show the calling party outside the organization. The physical device does show the caller ID (on first transfer only) during the active call. However, after call disconnect, the recent call log does not match the apps. It only shows the caller ID of the extension/user who transferred the external caller to the called user.
