Feature of Ring Back Ring Tone
Hello Ring Central,A lot of our customers are asking for the feature Ring Back Ring Tone. If the customer has been in a hold for x amount of time and the phone rings back to the main line, the system should recognize it as an existing call and not a new one.Thank you,National Business Technologies.

Sync of contacts between Ring Central App and admin portal/soft phones
We are totally frustrated that any new contacts added to through the RC app do not sync with the main repository of contacts in the admin portal or with the soft phones. Even worse, we cannot export from the app so that we can manually update our contacts in the RC admin portal. This issue has caused us endless hours of work trying to update all our contacts so we can an accurate list when we export from ring central admin portal to csv to do text blasts, etc. Very shortsighted to not have added this crucial feature. Omit Fax Cover Page regardless of email subject line
Please add the functionality to omit a fax cover page regardless of the email subject line being blank or not. This is a problem for large-scale email to fax operations and is hindering our ability to fully migrate certain labs to the RingCentral Platform.

Add the ability to hyperlink to an external file or to a file stored on a network share
Add the ability to hyperlink to an external file or to a file stored on a network share. We have the need to link to files stored on our NAS but do not want to upload them up into the RingCentral App. If I cut and paste a link to the file location within a message, it currently isn't clickable. Tried using "", (), [], etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. I think corporate users would love this :-)

RingCentral to allow free third party conference call lines through their system
Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

Busy Number Auto-Redial
Busy Redial FeatureWith Verizon, if you dial a number and it is busy, you can dial *66 and hang up. Verizon will call you first when the number is free and when you pick up, redial the number that was busy so that you don't have to keep calling manually.Is there anyway for RC to look into doing this feature?

Allow multiple call queue call handling methods at once
The ustomer would like the ability to have more than one call handling option available for a given schedule block (business hours, after hours, etc.) For exmaple, if a call comes in after hours - they can only send the call to the call queue's voicemail or a specific extension. They would like to offer callers more than just that, they want to be able to configure multiple options. Missed call notifications should sync between desk phone and apps
We have different phone groups. When the phone rings and one member of the group picks up the phone, the other members of the group receive missed call notifications. They should not receive the notification unless all members do not pick up the phone. When a user's phone rings, their mobile or PC app also rings. If they pick up the phone on their desk phone, then the app on their mobile phone or PC shows a missed call. Status in Contacts
We use the softphone in the RC app to lookup contacts and transfer calls. I feel like the internal people's status should be shown. It would be nice to see it there so you don't have to look at multiple things to figure it out.

Hope to have a separate window to work separately
When I use Ringcentral to edit notes or view notes, I can't use other functions of Ringcentral at the same time. Because opening the note takes up the entire Ringcentral. If there is a message, I have to turn off the note before I can read it. I hope to use Ringcentral and note at the same time.

Block Annoying Callers from Companies by Name
The ability to block annoying calls from companies by name. For instance, a company with phone numbers all over the state or USA that can bypass you blocking their phone number because they have so many locations and/or phone numbers to call from. Yet, because they are a business, the company name shows up on each call despite whatever number they call you from. Instead of trifling with blocking the number, simply block the company name.

Allow callers on hold to disable or change the hold music
One of my clients uses ringcentral. I dread being the first caller to one of their conference calls, because the default hold music is repetitive and (totally my opinion) awful.I may be the only person in the world that doesn't like it, but in the off chance that other people groan and roll their eyes every time it starts playing...
