  1. Party initiating the conference call,may at time need to answer another call, or whatever would cause them to need to leave the call momentarily and be able to return to it. Likewise, If other parties hangup, the conference call would be dropped from hold or park.

  3. As a lawyer I sometimes need to provide proof a fax was sent. It would look much more professional if my fax results page had my firm name and information rather than an advertisement for Ring Central.

  4. Sometimes a meeting goes long, and even though everyone is still in a RingCentral Video meeting, they will turn green signifying to the rest of the company they are done. It would be awesome if the meeting owner or someone could extend the meeting from within RingCentral, or if RingCentral checked if participants are still in a RingCentral Video call before switching back to "Available".

  5. When getting a failed fax transmission email we receive the phone number we faxed and the attached documents but not the cover page. Sometimes we fax multiple times to the same fax number but they are for different clients. There is no way of knowing which one failed cause the document names are the same. Also when going to the failed faxes you can't click on the document to view the pdf like you can for successfully sent faxes. So perhaps a fax notification option to add the first page of the cover page to the notification. Thanks.

  8. In the RC UC app, there is an option to "Delete All Call History". That option should also exist for just Voicemails, amd Missed Calls. Users should not have to delete individual Missed Calls or Voicemails. FYI, Users had this functionality in the RC Phone app.Thank you.

  10. You need to improve the verbal to text messaging system currently used. Almost all of the text messages have errors, some as much as 20% of the message is incorrect. Examples would be "Getting mentioned does have a wonderful cattle on the status..." and "I hope it's not to proceed." Instead of "I hope it's not too pressing". I have verbal to text messaging on my Verizon cell phone and they are almost always 100% accurate.

  11. Users have a hard time remembering passwords. From all other admin portals I can send a password reset to the user. I would like to be able to do the same things from Ring Central. I don't need to manage their password.

  12. You know that little red dot you see on your phone icon that tells you there's a missed call? Well, it would be so much better if it went away as soon as you checked your phone. Right now, you have to toggle between all your calls and just the missed ones to make it disappear. It would be awesome if just opening the phone app or clicking on the missed call could make that annoying little red dot go away.

  13. I have a suggestion. Please remove the automated helper when calling in to tech support. I had an issue regarding paging and the automated system started talking about my custom call settings and hours and was asking to remove them. If that would have occurred it would have caused major issues. The automated system said those settings are why my phone was not working, and suggested removing them. I knew better, but I hate to think of one of your other customers calling in and removing all their call queue settings for no reason and creating bigger issues because the…

  20. It gives you a count on the call queues side. But when you switch it to the user's the number doesn't match. It becomes a total count of the user extension all together. It will benefit to keep it separate as it pertains those abandoned call happened on the call queues side.
