Lots of buttons and controls both on the RingCentral application on windows and on the website have no text labels or alt text and they can not be used with the keyboard. http://w3.org/WAI and http://www.webaim.org have great web page accessibility information and the dial pad should be an edit box so that the number keys can be used to enter in digits rather than using the arrow keys to find the proper digit to enter.

  3. When I am in a call and talking to an IVR, the hashtag key is use often. If the Enter key on my numeric keypad generated, that would save time and trouble. Currently the Enter key does nothing, so why not right???

  4. When an employee leaves we used to be able to delete the employee and then add the new employee under the same phone number. When we deleted the last time we were told we would have to pay for a new phone line. So now when an employee leaves we change the user to Teller or MSR until we hire another employee. When the new employee starts we edit the old user with the new user info and save. Well the new employee can see all of the old employees text messages, chats, vm's. Its really not professional.   5. I have multiple numbers on the account including digital line, auto receptionist and direct number
    I want to have a feature where I can create a custom rule on the account where I can click it and it will apply on all of the numbers on the account without assigning a template for each and every extension or to create a custom rule for each extensions

  6. Please add an option to stop the help bubbles in the PC app. I know how to use the app and would like to not click on more things to click out of a bubble telling me where to go to make a call.

  8. It would be nice if we could use the shared voicemail feature to share site voicemails with users from other sites. In some cases, users work in multiple sites either routinely or as backup/vacation coverage, and it would be convenient to allow users to access VMs for other sites without having to change the user's primary site assignment.

  11. I would like to see RC give users the ability to have multiple voicemails and call handling rules for different modes. Like 1 for available, but can't get to phone, one for in a meeting, on for out of office. Each of these modes would then have the ability to set call forwarding rules different from the others.

  15. This is going to sound a little nuts but with the rise of deep fakes and AI voice impersonation, I would like the ability to initially screen a call using something other than my actual voice. In other words, I get a ton of calls from potentially valid numbers but the vast majority of them end up being from a call center in a foreign country.   18. It is a violation of our state procurement law to us the government credit card for monthly services. Here are a few options that would be useful in this case: Allow governement agencies to establish a line of credit and pay via purchase order (live check of EFT) on the basic subscription level, PayPal, or reloadable gift cards. We want to keep this srvice, but may be forced to close the account because it is illegal to pay by credit card. We do not operate at $500 worth of business.

  19. Give the customer the ability to change the way an inbound number appears. For instance we currently had a customer integrate their fax server and previously the inbound number was formatted like this: 239/123-4567. Now when they get a fax, the inbound number shows up like this: +12391234567 and this is causing then to have to reprogram their fax server.

  20. This would be useful to review the current user phones in the company to ensure they are set to correct location and more importantly emergency location, adding this idea after ours were wrong and got routed to wrong 911 location.
