Custom voice message for ringcentral phones when offline
Just got off the phone with tech support and there is no option for a custom message when the ringcentral phones are unreachable (example internet down, phone not working correctly etc) You hear the generic message "I'm sorry no one is available to take your call. Attach File in RingCentral App using company-wide Google Drive global account
Customer wants to setup their Google Drive settings globally for the entire organization in the Attach File option in RingCentral desktop app. Customer can setup the attach file using Google Drive individually but not globally for the entire organization. Thank you.

Caller ID update when phone number is reasigned
Make it so after a phone number is reassigned to a new user, the caller ID on the receiving phones (mitel) updates to the new user without rebooting everyone else's phones. I have better use for my time.

Ability to anounce and see the participants of a conference call.
Unify Office Client should display participants of a call conference (this feature is already available in the smartphone app). An Audible signal when participants change (leave or enter).

Message-Only Extensions should have a schedule
Message-Only Extensions can be used for voicemail. Some call flows call for a different greeting during on-hours and off hours.

Received a call from inmates
For a lawyer, it's important to receive a phone call from inmates if they are using a pay phone. The customer is using Securus is set up so that inmates can call their office. Hopefully this can be added as a feature that calls from inmates can received thru RC number

Longer DTMF tone
The Dial tone are too short and it is not being recognized by other companies, We would like to have a feature wherein the tones on the app will work the same as the physical phone where you can hold and press the number so that the tone would stay longer when you press it.

Increase the # of queues a User can be a part of
We are large organization that provides support between different office locations. we also have MOE's for specific languages. One person may be added to 3 different sites meaning they would need to access a total of 6 groups. 2 for each site because of the English and Spanish MOE's at each site. the limitation of 5 makes this impossible. If that restriction was lifted, then we wouldn't have to add and delete people from the MOE's continually

Add a textbox to User Phone Details for Custom Configuration Script
Phones configure themselves by accessing plain text configuration files hosted at a certain, RingCentral-provided URL. Additional guest in conference call
We are using a Poly Trio C60 conference phone. This phone has a limit of 5 callers (phone plus 4 guests). Is there a different conference phone or is there a setting in our system that will allow us to have more than 4 guests on a conference call. We understand we could set up a Ring Central meeting, but we would prefer using the conference phone.

No missed call notification on desk phone when call was answered by Desktop App
End-users get confused when seeing a missed call on their Polycom when the call was answered on the desktop app but it rang both endpoints. The ability to disable missed call notifications when the call was not answered on that endpoint would solve this.

Porting process improvement.
Create a dropdown option for selecting carriers, once a carrier is selected, we will get specific steps for porting requirements specifically to that carrier, for example, Verizon has a special process wherein the customer should request a number transfer PIN when porting out services. Add better Apple CarPlay support
Currently the RingCentral CarPlay support is not great if you compare it to iMessage.It would be fantastic if the RingCentral app itself was made available in Apple CarPlay so that you could scroll through and see your contacts, see your texts, and click on a contact and call them, all from the CarPlay dashboard.Currently, only voice commands are supported, which isn't always very helpful.
