  1. Presence is not available on SharedLines. Need to add Presence on SharedLines so other deskphones can pick up calls placed on hold by other deskphone on the SharedLines. Thank you.

  2. Every called that is parked should have a duration on the screen. Would be really nice to have the duration so the call that has been parked the longest can be picked up first

  3. Would be a wonderful feature if we could move a disabled user over to Unassigned extensions so that it would be easy to reassign to a new user and to keep all unassigned extensions in 1 location.

  6. I implemented a system for a customer that would like to be able to hear his phones ring over a CyberData Paging Amplifier and speaker system. Currently, this is not a feature of the RingCentral system.

The voice-to-text transcription is not perfectly reliable as it is, and it would be easier to share voicemails among coworkers if there wasn't the additional step of having to download the .wav file and attaching it to an email. If that .wav file were attached to the notification email, it would be an improvement.

Customer would like to have a control to enable or disabling the attachement for email notification of received faxes and voicemail.RIght now if the account is enabled for HIPAA settingsThe AT&T Office@Hand HS also affects certain functionality within AT&T Office@Hand. The following features will be disabled once HS has been activated: message notification emails from Glip; SMS and MMS; attachment of voicemail, facsimile, content to message notification emails sent to you by AT&T Office@Hand.

  10. Allow E911 Addresses to be added to end user accounts with a simply one address or site selection. At one time you could update end user accounts E911 Address by simply searching for the location and selecting it and it would automatically populate all the fields. Not sure why this was changed that you now have to distiguish Company by now adding the end username, searching to add the address and hope you don't have to manually input the data for the fields. Please change this back to first method which decreases resource time to complete.

  11. I'm trying to edit a "guest" profile in app.ringcentral.com. When logged in, I click on the contacts tab and select a guest contact. Their info comes up - but no option to edit the info. I would like to add a phone number to their guest profile.

  12. When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

  14. I would like to see a link link to just look up MAC's of phones. When I had 1600 phones shipped to me, there was not an easy way to just scan/input the MAC of the phone and see who it belonged to.

I would like to have the capability for our Ring Central lines to send a text message automatically in response to inbound text messages that are delivered outside of business hours.For ex: if business hours end at 5:30p, then all inbound text messages received after 5:30 would receive an automated text response as composed by the extension user, such as "Thank you for reaching out. It is outside of our normal business hours. I look forward to reading and responding to your message the next business day. If you need immediate assistance, please call 911."

  17. My customer would like to set all of the numbers on their account to voice only as they have been getting some spam faxes and do not need to use fax. The only way to convert numbers to voice only at present is going into the settings of individual numbers which is very time consuming so they have asked for a way to do this for multiple numbers at a time.

  18. Currently, every time someone logs into a hot desk phone, the phone is set to only ring 4 times or 20 seconds. Our call queues are set to ring much longer than that, but the phone doesn't continue to ring after that. It would be nice to have the ability to change the default hot desking call handling time to 15 rings/75 seconds or save the ring length from the last time the user is logged in rather than logging into the admin portal to change it every time.

  20. allow social media companies or any company with an app to verify your account by texto my a verification code to your company number. This helps distinguish your personal with your business account. Currently, we are required to use our personal phone for both a private and a business account.
