  1. We have multiple sites under our account and would like the users to see their site/branches' name in the RingCentral app. Right now, if you edit the company name under the app, it changes it for everyone on the account.

  2. When I have to explain to management why there was a Ring Central outage or issue, it's helpful to refer to the status updates on your service status page. When you engineers post a "resolved" update, then remove all the statuses for the issue 5 minutes later, as happened today, this is not helpful. You need an outage history and also Report of Resolution archive.

Please include RC APP in the Forwarding to Co-worker in call Handling in USERS as this section is only limited to showing the hardphones when an extension is selected since not all users have hardphones, most users only have the RC App to use as the phone for incoming / outgoing so it will be nifty if the app comes up on the selection as well.

  10. When deleting a number from an unassigned extension with a phone, it leaves an unassigned user called ext. with no device assigned. There is no way to attach a phone number from inventory to that extension without a device. To associate a phone number as an unassigned extension an admin would need to delete those unassigned extensions without devices then add the new unassigned extension and select the previous number from inventory to attach. That process also involves choosing a shipping method even if the phone is a softphone. It seems very counterintuitive. Suggest not requiring shipping if softphone is…

  17. Comments don't tend to make great, snappy, actionable task titles, so when converting a comment into a task, I think the comment should automatically be added to the task description for context while letting you create a new task title right away.

  20. Incoming calls don't come through to my phone. I use the desktop app to send texts. I use the phone app to answer incoming calls. I'm unable to change that offline setting from my end. I have to get with customer support for assistance and the wait time is awful - agents unavailable when calling the number; currently have been waiting 45 minutes through the live chat. No one has time to do this.
