  1. Our sales side of our business revolves around fresh salespeople transferring prospects to our more experienced ones. This message is pretty disruptive to the flow of the call. If you cannot revert our firmware to what it was before please make a toggle option or a customizable voice option.

  2. We have the forwarding feature enabled for our Polycom phones and would like the ability to see if forwarding is enabled on the RingCenral Admin Portal. It would also be ideal if the forwarding could be controlled as well.

  3. Could I ask for a feature request? The presence functionality is only really of any use if it actually shows the status of a user's line all of the time, not just if they received a call directly. At the moment it seems that if an extension is ringing as part of a ring group this is not shown in the presence status and perhaps more importantly, if the call has been answered by a member of a ring group their extension does not show as in use - this does not allow the visibility that presence is required for.

  4. RC app users on any platform should be provided basic steps to try resolving problems.Or a pop up that will allow the users to know what could have caused the problem on the app.Ex. 1. Lost internet connection, possible troubleshooting Step is to restart/reboot the device2. App unresponsive or have stopped working, possible issues with the CPU usage, troubleshooting step close the app and all other application running on the device.

  5. This would let incoming clients and prospective client know that I'm simply on the other line and not out of the office. I'd like to see an option in the custom rules for greetings section to select a specific "I'm currently on the phone" greeting if I am on an existing RingCentral call when someone else calls in.

  6. Coming over from Mitel and having the ability to see which voicemails are which on a screen would be very helpful to my users. Mitel had Visual Voicemail where I could see who the message was from and select that message instead of checking them all.

  7. Now that Glip offers personal folders, I want to be able to set, on a per folder basis, whether I see all channels or only unreads or only unread @ mentions. For instance, in my favorites, I want to see all the Glip teams all the time, but maybe under my "junk glips", I only want to see "unreads"

  8. We would like to have the breakout rooms features updates to the chromebooks and iPads 9.0 and HIGHER. We have ios 14 at this time and we need the teachers to have the features on the other devices.

  9. we currently have Ring Central Desktop app and some associates have the RingCentral App integrated with Microsoft outlook.Wondering if while using the Outlook interface if we can direct message other associates, as we can with the Desktop interface.

  10. It would be nice if your team message platform showed the messages I send on the right hand side, and the other messages on the left hand side. just like iMessage. this helps make the conversation, and who is saying what, easier to follow.

  11. There is not a way to identify all email addresses that are listed in RingCentral to receive notifications for message only mailboxes. We have a need to determine if any terminating employee is listed in the notification field to receive notifications of faxes or voicemails for any mailboxes, and right now there is no way to do that without having to go through each mailbox individually.

  13. Call queues are almost useless if members can't access the messages. We may have 100 messages over a weekend, Either I have to give a receptionist Admin permissions so he/she can access the voice mails or they have to sit on the phone for an hour taking messages. I am amazed that this isn't standard. How do people deal with this?

We have an Employee line that can't be heard unless near the phoneThis line rings a single phone that often goes unnoticed by our day shift crew and our night shift crew due to loud machinery or not being near the phone. We would like to be able to have our overhead paging system ring in addition to this phone during specific hours, to grab our employees attention at night or during the day which ever hours we set this line up for.I was assured during testing that this could have been achieved prior to signing up with Ring Central.

Description:We need to have the RingCentral Unified app HUD to display complete presence information (On a call, Unavailable, etc...) of Users who are using different app platforms of RingCentral (ie. RingCentral Phone). Currently the Unified app HUD can only display Available and DND status of Users who are using the RingCentral Phone app. We do not want to force our Users to transition from the RingCentral Phone app to the RingCentral Unified app due to our company's usage policy.

Yealink T46S firmware used by RingCentral is an older firmware that is not compatible with our user using a Plantronics Voyager UC via Bluetooth connection.Firmware ver 66.85.0.5 is a newer version which we used to have with Vonage which perfectly works the said headset.Please test firmware for compatibility.

As the super admin, I would like from the mobile app, to see a call log of all calls to all extensions/numbers that have come in to the company as well as make an outbound call or text from any number in the entire company no matter the user. This is crucial for small companies that may have setup users for virtual employees or roles so that a small team or entrepreneur can be more agile in outgoing communications.
