NEED to be able to delete glip-only users in the new RC app
With the introduction of the new all in one RingCentral app, admins can no longer delete Glip-only users on our account that are not tied to a RC phone extension.This is a huge security problem. When a user leaves the company, there's no way to prevent them from continuing to use RingCentral via their Glip-Only login. Even if I delete their email from our organization, it's still a functional login for RingCentral. Short of granting myself permissions to the terminated user's email and then sending a self-reset, I have no way to manage/disable these users.This option still exists in the…

Monitored lines should ring on the RC mobile app
We have a large number of users who will need to answer calls that are made to lines they monitor when they aren't able to access a computer. We've had to set these calls to forward to the users' personal numbers which they don't like.This can be resolved by calls ringing on the mobile app.

Status visible on task bar
It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

If users simply turn on DND, they can't even take internal calls. We need this option in the new app!!

Log Text Message and Call Activity to a Google Sheet
This would help employees reference last communications with different relationship stakeholders for better communication transparency and less repetition. Same concept as a CRM - but focusing on the communications and logging to a Google Sheet. There are several CRMs available, but logging text messages seems rare as of now, and a google sheet is flexible and can be integrated into other workflows. Change default user call handling & forwarding to 4 rings on desktop and mobile apps
When creating accounts individually or in bulk, please change the default call handling to 4 rings / 20 sec on desktop and mobile apps and/or change slider for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding". This is primarily needed to avoid missed calls. No one would ever set their phone to ring for 1 ring / 5 seconds.

Please add a setting on the new app to allow to be set for WIFI only
this will ensure that employees are not hit with unexpected data or minutes overrages if the wifi happens to go out and it is not noticed right away

Default User Settings when submitting Cases in RC Support
Rather than ask each time I submit a case about my time zone, email/ phone preference, or if the data is correct -- simply establish a default info set-up by user, so we don't have to enter the same info, every case. Thanks

An option to conference a call without placing it on hold then add a new call.
To have the option to conference a call then dial the number and hit conference again to merge instead of placing current call on hold, add new call, then transfer.

Push SMS notifications to an RC Team
Hello, My company uses a service that only utilizes email and SMS to push notifications. I would like to be able to assign a generic phone number to an RC Team so we can get a notification in said team. Unfortunately, the E-Mail option would just be too slow for what we are trying to accomplish. I had some great support from RC already on this but it seems our only solution at this time is to utilize an individual's number to receive texts which would then be forwarded to the group as an integration. In our old phone system many users would use the voice directory to call other people in the organization. They would pick up the phone, say the name of the user that they wanted to call. The name of the extension that they were being connected would then be read to them and then it would dial (they would have the opportunity to cancel and try again if the system had misunderstood them, or to select from a list of names if multiple people had similar names).
