  1. When clicking on the voicemails for other users from within the Admin panel, it pops-up and asks for that users passcode. (see image)It would be nice to have two things occur at that point:Focus on the box brings the cursor to the password field. Right now, you have to click into the field to enter data.The <Enter> key should be valid input for the form submit. Now, you have to mouse over and click 'Confirm'Nothing too earth shattering, but with a few hundred users, it adds up on clicks.Thanks!

  3. Now that numbers are no longer cloud connect users, we cannot transfer a call from RC Office to Contact Center. Dialing the entire number is extremely cumbersome. It would also be greatly beneficial to be able to add the name to the CCRN on the RC Office side to better determine where calls will be forwarded/transfered.

Have an optional "button" either in the Soft Phone or online to give me the option to "sync contacts" between all or various extensions to allow all office service staff to contact whatever whoever is in need of service at whatever time they have a need that needs to be addressed without having to give access to other's extensions, or having to constantly export & import contact lists manually to give everyone access all the time.Another feature that may be included in this is an option to allow a "Text" message to just come from the main number, so clients…

  5. When setting up hundreds of users with teams direct routing it you can upload the details to https://admin.cloudpbx.ringcentral.com/ but there's no way to automate the downloading/setup process on https://service.ringcentral.com/

  6. Tasks are a great tool for organization and communication within the unified RingCentral App. The RingCentral Classic app has the ability to add a subject line to new tasks while the new RingCentral App does not have this ability.

This would help greatly if an admin would like all users' desk phones to ring for the same amount of time before going to voicemail, transferring, etc. Right now, you are only able to set the ring time for the desktop and mobile apps before forwarding to another device on a user extension using a template.

  9. If an external call dials a direct line on your numbers list, it shouldn't have the ability to transfer to any extension on your extensions list. I had an external number dial a direct line that goes straight to voicemail, but they were able to hit certain keys on their numpad that redirected them to a call queue that has no relation to the direct line they dialed. That should not be possible in my opinion.

  10. While setting up, and troubleshooting user and phone issues, we're finding that the status icons are a tad misleading. While a User status may show green, you have to go into their account, click down to Phones, over to Phones, etc. to then see if the associated phone is active.There is more than enough 'real estate' on the Users with Extensions screen to add an additional status icon - one that shows the state of the phone extension.The hover over text could then read, 'User Enabled' - 'Phone Enabled' - 'ATA Enabled' etc. depending on the unit assigned.This would allow…

There should be an option to enable calls to just 'drop out/end' if they're unanswered after the specified number of rings, without sending the caller to voicemail; forwarding the call or playing a message.We have an automated national telephone system where clients can call a main national number and this call queue then gets distributed between active agents across the country. Our regional agents use Ring Central as their way of answering these calls. As the national system is automated and agents are selected at random to answer calls, we can't have a voicemail service enabled on these agents profiles…

  12. At the moment, when voicemail has been disabled from permissions, the 'To voicemail' is still an option when voicemail has been disabled. When pressed, it plays an announcement and disconnects as it should. The 'To voicemail' button can be quite misleading for users. The button should be renamed to 'Reject' or 'Decline' when voicemail has been disabled.

  20. If a user is needing to potentially answer calls but is also working on something else, it would be nice to have a setting that allows for standard Windows/system notifications without having the incoming call be pushed to the front (and interrupting the user's current work.)
