  1. Able to use Iphone on click to call options on websites. The feature works on android and computers but not on iphone.

  6. On the RC app, We should be able to see a contact's activity within the same inbox instead of having a Text inbox and a separate log for incoming calls.

    Not sure if this will benefit all users but we should have the option if we want to combine the activity in one single inbox where we could see the text messages and any incoming or missed call for the contact.

  8. I have noticed that it has become a little cumbersome to select a contact, click the 3 dots, then select the text icon. I would like to do this within 1 click (Hover, then click on Text).

    Currently, hovering over a contact you get your options, however I believe there is no way to customize which icons you want to see.

    For example, I'm not interested in seeing the "Message" icon and would rather swap it out for the "Text" icon.

    To be clear, I'm talking about hovering over the contact and NOT the left panel which I know can…

  9. I was wondering if it is possible to send out a poll to my customers using the SMS mass messaging. I am cleared and allowed to send out mass messages I just don't know if your app has any kind of polling ability built into it

  10. For customers with multiple instances - such as with one US & UK instance - their admin team have to have two different email account to manage.

    Having a consolidated Admin portal to then choose an instance from one email address would make a huge difference.

    Customers are unable to use personal email addresses in this scenario for security reasons.

  16. To be able to access a directory of contacts whereby the contacts are for video pro users. In this example a user contact information. The contacts should be accessible from Mitel phones, current work around is use of RC desktop app which works fine, but would be ideal to have it incorporated or sync to mitel.

  19. Facility to convert unassigned phones to hot desk phones in bulk would save lots of time in all deployments that are inclusive of such devices as the flow to do so is roughly 30-60 seconds per device and is very monotonous. With hundreds or thousands of phones this is very inefficient.

    Would suggest something akin to the Bulk Device Replacement.

  20. For RingCentral to add Nationwide calling to 310xxx numbers for Canada only. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use these phone numbers. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX
