Globally Block Forwarding to Outside Lines
We would like to have the ability to only allow our users to forward to extensions that are within the RingCentral system. This would allow us to make sure that no business calls leave the platform and are subject to the rules and policies of the organization.

Remove all failed faxes on entire account
Instead on logging in per extension to remove failed faxes, customer must have the option to remove failed faxes on entire account in Admin Portal

Change the RingCentral VMWare service to machine wide install
During our testing with the RingCentral app it was determined that the service only installs as the user who installs it. In a floating desktop pool, this is a process which does not work well. Additionally, it requires the end user to install it during their session whereas it would be best to install this on the master image itself so all end users receive it. Can this be added as an install option?

Meeting option to silence the music when only the host is on a conference call
First the scenario: we are using conference phone calls during government public meetings for people who are phoning in to participate in the meeting. There could be multiple callers, which is why we are using a conference call. We want to play the audio from the conference call on the overhead speakers in the Council Chambers, so that people in-person can hear the people on the phone. Ring Group's in the "Groups" section as an alternative to Call Queue's. Right now they only exist under the user?
Ring Central has Ring Group's under the user section which is very problematic. If a user accidentally changes their call flow via the Ring Central app or even loses power to the phone they can break the incoming call flow for a main number. Ring Groups should not be associated with a specific user and be located under the "groups" section. You may say, "Well just use a call queue." Call Queues function just like an acd group, if the user is busy they will not be presented with a second call. It will skip them entirely. This is problematic…

Disable Email-to-Fax service for all users
We would like to be able to disable the Email-to-Fax service for all users at a central point. Also it would be good to be able to have a option to enable/disable whether a user is allowed to send faxes.

When using the web version of RC - add a way to suppress background noise
When using the RC phone app or in meetings we have the ability to suppress background noise. We utilize the RC Contact Center and have received customer complaints on noise level. The RC web phone does not have the ability to suppress.

Ability to transfer recorded voicemails to a different extension within our company

Unread Messages Bubble is Gray
Phone and Text unread/missed calls are showing up with an orange number, but messages is gray. This makes it very hard to see unread messages if you don't hear the sound.

Block Faxes with Specific Words
I would like a feature to block faxes with specific words in them as the spammers just use different numbers to get around one specific phone number being blocked. Every week there's Roofing, Gutter Cleaning, Psychic Workshops, Inner Healing and so on. It's time-consuming to have to block individual numbers only for the same scammer to fax us the following day on another number that isn't blocked.

We have a few Limited Extensions that we would like to deny outside dialing on, but have no way to restrict them to dialing just in-house extensions. It would be great if we could assign a custom role to Limited Extensions.

Restrict User's Ability to Change Voicemail Attachments and Voicemail to Text Settings
For financial companies, this is an important security enhancement. You can apply a template to turn these features off today, but users are able to turn them back on. If you restrict access to these features, it also restricts users access to basic end user voice mail features.

Messaging Chat to the foreground
It would be really helpful if a notification popped up when an interoffice message is sent. (For example, in Microsoft Teams). When we receive a phone call the dial box pops up so we know to answer the phone. Right now, if someone sends a message, the only way we're notified is every 15 min or an hour via email unless you have the desktop app open.

Call history to show the number dialed to determine if the call was to a queue or direct
In the call history tab can the calls display what number they called? I am on a queue for the I.T. helpdesk, if someone calls the helpdesk number and I miss it, it shows in my call history (All calls & missed calls) tabs as a missed call but nowhere does it show if they called me direct or if they called our queue. If they called me direct I feel I should return the call, if they called the queue then I can assume someone else answered the call.I know I can do this in the android app by…
