  2. Enable RingCentral admins to directly manage, verify, and push Caller ID Name (CNAM) updates to major carrier databases (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) from within the Admin Portal, ensuring consistent and accurate caller name display for outbound calls.

  3. Activate a feature that allows the name associated with a saved contact to be visible to the person receiving a transferred call. This feature would display the contact's name to the call recipient when the caller is saved in the customer's contacts and has a name assigned to them.

  4. When we upload the Shared directory of external contacts in the RingCentral Admin Portal by default, the contacts are showing on the Company tab of the RingCentral app.
    Please implement a feature wherein we can select on which tab on the Contacts portion of the RC app that we can put the externally shared contacts

  9. When sending a SMS the gray pop up for attaching something to the SMS will appear over the message causing parts of the message to be hidden.
    Request to have pop up icon go up instead of down to prevent it from hiding SMS content.

  10. I’ve set up scheduled reports using the Performance Report for queues, users, and calls, which has been working well and aligns with our security and privacy requirements. I’m now looking to include FYTD figures in our reporting and ideally have these reports scheduled and automatically sent via email each month.

    While custom ranges allow us to manually generate FYTD reports, it appears these cannot be scheduled for automatic delivery. Given the time and resource constraints within our IT team, manually exporting these reports each month may not be sustainable.

    Hi Team,

    AI receptionist for Seth Solutions is unique as this applies during off hours.
    Currently we dont have option for backup extension to select message only extension.
    Client prefer to have that option so that in the event that caller asked for a live agent. It will just go directly to their mailbox.

  13. There should be a better transition for A Super Admin who created the account to be switched to another member on the team. Our Director was leaving and I had to manually switch all information. None of the direct messages or teams switched over, so that is a big privacy breach, as I could see all of her old messages, and she could see all of mine. Not to mention i had to call customer services 4 different times, for a total of 5 hours just to switch our super admin who created the account. This should have a better…

  17. We would like an option to transfer a caller directly to an individual's voicemail box if the person is busy. We can only transfer to their line and their phone will ring before allowing the caller to leave a voicemail. I was given a work-around by RingCentral's technical support, *extension#, but it would be nice if there was a button so you don't need to remember everyone's extension numbers.

  19. urrently, the RingCentral App allows multiple account sign-ins only when the accounts are not using Single Sign-On (SSO). If SSO is enabled for one or more accounts, users are unable to add and switch between them. This creates a limitation for users who need to manage multiple SSO-enabled accounts.

  20. Firmware version 8.1.2 is the latest available with RingCentral and automatically picks up. We wish to have the option to push the firmware upgrade to 8.1.5 and bypass the 8.1.2 RingCentral offers and use it together with the custom configuration.
