Recent Reactions in the quick menu (or customized reactions quick menu)
Instead of showing the same reactions in the reactions quick menu every, show the most recently used reactions. Either that, or make the quick menu customizable.

User Admin - Select who they can administer
We have Service Business Developments Centers for each of our locations and would like the Director to be able to manage her own staff. Currently if I assign her User Admin access it is for all employees across the organization. I would like the admin portal to allow me to select either by department or individual users who she can administer.

Add the same email as trusted email for fax for multiple users
Currently we can add an email to only one user. It would be better to have the ability to add the same email for multiple users. And specially when we're sending those requests through transactional mailing platform like Mandrill/sendgrid.

Add black lists users can subscribe to
It would remove most of our incoming call handling costs if we could block all foreign exchange transfer companies, mobile phone companies and energy suppliers.We would happily pay for a service to block a maintained list of these problem callers.

Poly Savi 8200 on RC Phone and RC App compatibility
RC App and RC Phone App on desktop is not compatible for the Poly Savi 8200 headphone, we are hoping to add this in the future as additional headphones to work on RingCentral desktop applications.

need backlight to be on all the time on the phones, when on charger, as was with BT phones our previous supplier

Cost Centre added to Unassigned Extentions
The ability to see which cost centres each licence is assigned to in the unassigned Extensions list. This will enable support to select a licence bought for each cost centre more easily. Currently, we have to go to Billing Items, find an unassigned licences and get the direct Line number, then go back and search for that number. This is a long process and leave room for error. THis is for all account Types

yes, that is our question Thank you for the confirmation. I see what you're trying to say. Our only options at the moment would be to answer the call and press the HOLD button, or just ignore and route the call to voicemail. We currently don't have that auto-hold feature available. Allow Super Admin to view/remove all categories created in RC/Restrict access to create new categories
Useful so there is continuity between all RC users assigned a task. Ability to filter tasks more efficiently. Currently no way to delete categories once created and anyone can create new ones at any time. This is causing confusion, and it would benefit all users to have a uniform category section. Recommend Admin/Super Admin editing privileges only.

Allow custom rules to be forwarded to a short number
The ability to create a custom rule to forward calls to a short number that requires a hash at the end. To ring some numbers I have to put a # at the end of the number for it to ring, I can't create a custom rule to forward calls to a short number as the # won't save.

Add preview of the beginning of recent SMS messages like the old app used to have
On the old desktop/browser app, you could see a snippet of the beginning message of the most recent sms messages & you could scroll down to see older messages. When we had to switch to the new desktop/browser app, that feature went away & now we can only scroll through the phone numbers of the recent recipients & have to click on each specific # to see the message. It was very helpful to be able to scroll through the partial messages when trying to find a specific message. Since most phone numbers are not in my phone book, it…

RingCentral Meeting Anaytics / Reporting
The ability to search meetings is limited to meeting ID or Host. And, the host name must be an exact match as the users profile. Expand search criteria to include wild-card, participants, IP Address, etc.

Customize messaging notifications by time/day
Our office does on-call in the evenings and weekends. I don't want to get a notification for every text/vm/fax, etc during office hours when users are at work. I only want text notifications during specific periods of time.

Add Team Members in-bulk in Glip/RC App
This would be useful in way so that when client creates a Group or Team in RC App Messaging, they won't have to type the users email one by one. Would be good to if adding the members that are already within their company is via check box

Missed Calls: Clear Notification Without Deleting
On the RingCentral display on my PC, when I miss a call it is added to a list in my recent calls and it is highlighted with a dot indicating it was missed. Also, the Icon in my desktop ap tray displays a red dot indicating I have a missed call. What is frustrating is I cannot get that red dot to disappear unless I go to recent calls and delete it. It is useful to know if I have missed a call by looking at that icon. If there is no red dot, I'm up to date. But to…
