    Key Template does not add Feature-DND or Feature-Logout to Line Keys

    BACKGROUND:
    The presence status is updated in service web but on actual device Avaya IX IP Phone J179 it is not showing on the line keys(DND and Logout Feature)

  5. We have set up a shared line in our account with the goal of enabling call queue members to answer shared line calls when they are placed on hold. After speaking with technical support, we were informed that the shared line does not function in this manner. We would like to request a new feature where we can set a shared line phone as a member of the call queue, allowing calls to be easily answered from the shared line to the call queue.

Request to provide administrators with the ability to disable or lock settings on desk phones—specifically to prevent users from changing the ring volume or enabling Do Not Disturb (DND) status on Yealink T43U and other supported models. This feature would help organizations enforce consistent phone behavior and reduce user-configured disruptions.

  8. When a customer schedules a RingCentral meeting, the "Allow to start and stop recording" option under Advanced Settings is missing. We were informed that this feature is not intended for general customers and is currently limited to internal staff and technical partners.

    We kindly request that this feature be made available to all RingCentral customers in a future release.

Wanting to correct internal fax to email notifications to mirror same patterns of actually displaying/sending the attachments and cover letters of a fax the same as the external traffic displays and receives the data. Currently internal communication only notifies staff to check portal for the fax data over sending the data directly via an outlook email.

  10. We would like to customize our prompt for failed outbound calls. For example, when we dial a phone number and accidentally pressed a single digit we will get the message "sorry, but your call cannot be completed", we want this to be configurable.

  12. Currently, when both sender and recipient use toll-free numbers, faxes are routed through a generic path since toll-free numbers lack fixed geographic endpoints. This routing is less reliable and often results in failures. We request an improvement in how TFN to TFN fax traffic is handled, with more robust routing, better support for explicitly setting the “sent from” toll-free fax number, and clearer error feedback when failures occur.

  18. We would like to request a feature enhancement that allows the RingCentral system to automatically detect the address of an incoming call (based on the caller ID or associated account information) and reroute the call accordingly.
    Our business receives calls from tenants across multiple territories. Each territory is managed by a specific receptionist or department. Instead of routing all calls through a central menu or requiring the caller to manually choose an option, the system would intelligently recognize the caller’s address and automatically route the call to the appropriate receptionist or team.

  19. If Beetexting is already added in the account the customer should have the option to turn off the regular SMS

    If the customer added Beetexting, the regular SMS duplicate the message, which is a normal behavior. But cx want to have the option in the settings to turn off duplicate SMS

  20. When a recipient opts out (e.g., texts “STOP”) on one number in a TCR campaign, RingCentral should automatically block messages to that recipient from all numbers in the campaign.

    Why it matters

    Recipients expect “STOP” to mean no more texts, regardless of which number the campaign uses.

    Avoids compliance risk and potential carrier issues.

    Saves customers from building custom suppression logic outside RingCentral.
