  2. 2 Way factory Authentication multiple email recipient for Shared Extension.

    It will be much easier if we have option to add multiple email recipient for a Shared Extension to receive the code for 2 Way factor Authentication if one of the recipient is not available and for others to access the account.

  3. Mobile App Analytics-Rearrange Dashboard Wdigets

    The widget order of appearance is currently divided by when they are added. Adding a new on to the top of thd list requires the user to start over with a clean slate. Dragging the widgets up/down the screen would be ideal

    Would be helpful when Paging to be able to dial 84(page ext.) from a contact list.Also Paging adapter no longer show up in Contact list even if Include Paging Only in Company Directory is checked

  5. A "do not disturb" or "unavailable" option for texting with the RingCentral App.

    This would allow for parents and students who send a text message after hours or on weekends to receive a message back that I am unavailable. This prevents students and parents feeling "ghosted" when they send a message after hours.

  6. integrate with Clixlo

    I want to integrate RingCentral with Clixlo. This could add all fo my contacts easily from my CRM - Clixlo to RingCentral and allow Clixlo to use my number for automated texting in Clixlo workflows. Currently, I have to use Twilio to text through Clixlo.

  7. Sync the Language preference in the Admin Portal to the RingCentral App

    It is much better if the Language we set in the Admin Portal will sync in the RingCentral application without changing the Language of the computer.

    Show more preview text like in the phone desktop version. I want to be able to read almost all the text before I open it up. We have multiple people monitoring our main phone number and it would be easier to know if a text pertains to that person before they open the text to read it fully.

  16. Allow for a Samsung Routine that changes status message

    I want to set up a Samsung Routine (automation) where if I leave the office my Status Message changes to "Away from Office" or my Profile gets set to Do Not Disturb. Doesn't seem like those are options but I'd like them to be!

  17. Call Log synchronization between Desktop App and Deskphone Unify CP600

    The customer has set up a Unify CP600 with MAC 001AE8760C38 as deskphone. The provisioning of the phone was successful. Basic functions are ok.However, the settings for call log synchronization in the Admin --> Local Functions --> RingCentral API --> Sync.call.log menu are empty.Therefore no synchronization takes place. When they make a call with the Desktop App, the call is not displayed in the call log of the CP600.

  20. Group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from

    I wanted to group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from. I tried grouping existing contacts but the incoming faxes still come in one-by-one manner. As my users have to open check each and every fax to know the contents, that has made it difficult to categorize my numerous incoming faxes.
