In service web, I can add /edit/delete my message templates2.On the incoming video call card, the reject button will add a action button, click this action button, I can select a reason message template to send to the host. The action will include the options: message templates list + write custom message.3. For host side, the host can receive the message in rcv meeting.

  5. ... phone number.. When I'm on my laptop I'd like to use RC as my communication hub. Having the ability to text someone that is familliar with my cell number (non-RC) is important. The text back and forth should show on my Androic phone and in ring central.

    with an auto 80 phone score. We have a lot of outbound calls that are
    marked as unknown or it is just the number. From what we have found this is
    really common and there is really no way around it besides paying your

When we are calling customers, we are able to call into their VOIP system, go the correct way through the prompts, then a dial tone comes on the phone. At this point we dial the customers phone number and its SHAW that shows up on the Caller ID. We work for more than just Shaw, so would like to have this so our techs in the field with their own personal phones are able to do this with our Caller ID (Integrated Solutions) through Ring Central.But they wouldn't have their own number in Ring…

Currently when you delete a user you are only given the option to either re-assign or move the digital line associated to it to the number inventory.This process is separating the digital line from the desk phone that is previously provisioned to it and is really causing the customer a hassle causing the customer to just want to old way of doing it in which when you delete an extension the digital line associated to it just goes to unassigned along with the desk phone associated to it.

  17. ...s available.. Need to ensure RingCentral remote control during screen sharing is only enabled for IT - currently seems like an all users/none option is available. Understand that access will need to be temporarily granted for target user/machine that's sharing; however, maybe there's a good way to make it temporary - so long as a user in "RC Remote Control" group is the admin taking control.
