  3. We use a Google Calendar to manage office appointments and meetings. Would be nice to export tasks to the calendar so we can keep everything centralized.

  4. lets say I want the floors mopped once a week. It doesn't matter which day so long as it gets done once a week. So I create a task for it and my employee gets a notification on Monday to mop the floors but if he doesn't remember to do it that day it is simply forgotten because there are no reminders. It would be nice if another notification was sent at least daily to remind the user that he/she has an uncompleted task. Everybody would benefit from this .   5. To be able to have timed user roles, i.e. one for the day and one for night. That way we could automatically bar outgoing calls and features for out of business hours for certain extns if required

  7. When using the dial pad to make an outgoing call, it would be helpful to be able to dial by the data (numerical digits) that is entered into the company name or the title field. In our line of work, the contacts are created using the unit number associated with that person. It's more efficient if we could just enter the unit number (which is entered in the Company field) to see the list of tenant's in the unit and then dial.   8. Different types of team require different retention periods - for example we have project teams where the retention period will vary by project life and more social teams where we only need a short period. At the moment, all periods have to be set to the longest. I would like this to be a setting controlled on a team by team basis.

  9. The majority of our users use deskphones. To help ensure that all voicemails are attended to in a timely manner it would be helpful if on the RC Portal next to the Msg column if there was a date/time stamp indicating the last time the mailbox was entered. We have several hundred phones and Support's recommendation of accessing each voicemail box is not feasible.

  11. Currently, if you double-click a phone number in the call history on the desktop app it initiates the call via the computer. Looking for method where it will initiate the call on the desktop phone instead. Need to use desktop phone for the call and have ability to mute computer so that other applications are not interrupting the call (also preference to use the phone for speaker phone mic). Only option I've found so far is to instead manually type phone numbers, which is inefficient compared to other tools used in past.

  14. Periodically, we have a need to transfer to an internal employee's cell phone, or secondary phone number. It would be great to add those additional lines to the saved contacts. Please add this feature!

With the Outlook app now being the only way to schedule meetings from Outlook, calls now ring to the Outlook app. There is an option to turn off the desktop app, but the outlook app and mobile app are bundled. If we disable Outlook ringing when the desk phone is called, we also lose the mobile app ringing. None of our users want the Outlook app for anything other than scheduling meetings.

  17. We used to have a phone in city hall that you could pick up and it would automatically call the mayor's office. This allowed them to get information. I was told this can not be done in RingCentral currently

  19. If a user sends a 'SMS' by selecting a Company contact from Text widget it should send out the SMS gateway and provide archiving as normal personal contact. We need this feature to ensure proper compliance of any texting. Or allow Admin to remove Company contact as option when doing SMS messaging
