With reference to the customer's concern, we hereby propose the implementation of an option that enables the routing of unanswered calls, from the Answering Service, back to the customer's mailbox. By doing so, the customer can receive the missed calls in their mailbox and revert to it as per their convenience. This feature would help ensure that no calls are missed and would also ensure that the customer is not required to rely solely on the Answering Service for their communication needs.

  7. We have a non physical line that we use to monitor interviewer calls. These calls go straight to voicemail and create a message for us to review. If anyone deletes the voicemail it is gone forever. It would be ideal if we were able to record these calls to review in perpetuity.

  9. Customer is using the MS Teams Direct Routing integration (UC). They have expressed the need to have 1 streamlined platform instead of having their users on multiple platforms and products doing the same things. They would like to have their users to perform all of their IB/OB calling and internal messaging through MS Teams. However they do have a need for some of their users to utilize RCV. We would like the Mexican number to show in the body of the email as clicking on the link will introduce additional steps and some users may not have a data connection at the time of the meeting.So having a phone number that may be on printed out with a meeting invite is important, especially for the Mexican number.

  19. We are putting in a network management system (AUVIK) to get a complete overview of the equipment on our network. The NMS sees the phones, but only provides basic information. Is there a way to get more information? Possiby SNMP? Our physical phones are all the Poly CCX 400.
