Customer want to have a Specific Email notification of Call Recording for each of their Site to avoid confusion.

Feature to enable the video recording function for certain users
So we disabled the recording function of meetings for all users. However, sometimes we enable it for certain cases (training etc.). However, to do that, it seems like we need to enable ALL users before we can select that individual to enable the recording function. My question is, is there a setting somewhere, where the admin can enable a video recording function for certain users, instead of toggling it on/off for all users?

In a contact file add field for links add field for notes and add field to upload files as well as allowing calls to be transcribed
Adding a field for notes allows us to personalize the interaction with the client by allowing us the opportunity to recall key points of previous conversations.Putting their social and attaching files another key aspect allowing RingCentral to be a micro CRMTranscribing phone calls allows us to review/crutiqu/train our staff interactions with clients as well as document conversations

There needs to be a date & time stamp on the Ring Central Call Log IN THE PHONE TAB. . it shows how long the call was - but there is no date or time of the call listed on the call page .

Change Incoming call screen display for iOS device
Customer is having an issue distinguishing the incoming calls for both RingCentral application and external number. The incoming call display screen looks exactly the same. It would be best to have the option to change the Incoming call screen display so that our valued customer will be able to determine where the call is coming in.

Toggle which SMS account I am viewing and sending messages from.
For back story, my company communicates with clients via SMS and our assistant handles most of the commination's but some times I also need to use our main lines number to send/receive SMS. The only option currently is for me to sign into my assistants ring central account. Could we add an option similar to how I can switch which Phone number I am calling from? Allow only calls from inside extensions
We have a few business-critical locations that we don't want to receive outbound calls, only calls from inside the business. It would be useful to only be able to make that a rule easily or just to be able to be called only by using the extension.
