  2. Currently messages error when internet connection is not active. It would be great to have an offline mode. Once back online it can then send the messages again. At the moment it just errors and the user has to remember to reset manually. Our competitors like Teams offer this.

  5. Robert Half wants to enable SMS for all users and have any customer able to opt out to SMS which should then be honored for every RC extension. If one of their clients requests to stop SMS, than nobody at Robert Half should be able to SMS that number.

  8. Red Hat is in the process of turning up a new custom engineered BYOC gateway in Dubai, UAE. They needed local UAE DIDs.   9. Allow users to create a generic OOO message.

    Separately, they could record the time frame they will be out of the office.

    This would (conceivably) allow them to record one message for reuse.

    Example:
    You have reached the voice mail for Veronica Lee.

    I will be out of the office from [variable-Start Date] to [variable End Date].

    I you need immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.

    If your request requires my personal attention, please leave a detailed message and I‘ll get back to you when I return to the office.

  13. We were hoping to get a feature that will change the extension status to receive queue calls without changing it online or on the app. Certain options can be the following:1. Time specific (ex. Available after one hour or a scheduled shift)2. Closing the RingCentral app and relaunching it or logging out and logging it3. Follow the call queue business hours settings

Idea: Add trace for deleted voicemail to the audit trailWho would benefit from it: All Account adminHow should it work: Audit trail should be able to track and provide details when a Voicemail was deleted, who deleted it and when it was deleted, so it will be easier for the Admin to track and explain to their User what happened to a missing or deleted voicemail.

  18. In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up because it was a dead or sales call, wrong number, etc. In a perfect world I could type in an extension and see how many calls I transferred to that particular extension.

  19. Is it possible to add the option of filtering calls by time. This will be helpful for our users to narrow down their search through a smaller pool of calls in the logs. Currently they have to go over multiple pages to find the details for a particular call.

  20. Would like the option to bypass the greeting when calls are transferred from/to an internal extension but leave the greeting intact when calls are made inbound to the direct number/extension.
