Voicemail Escalation
In Shoretel 14.2 and Shoretel Connect there used to be a scenario when a voicemail was not answered in so much time, it would escalate to another user (either emailing or dialing the user and saying "there is an unanswered message" or something like that. Update Presence Settings to allow Manual "Busy" Signal
RingCentral should allow users to manually select "busy" to reflect a red dot. This will allow for more flexibility and will provide users the freedom to be unavailable for periods of time throughout the workday. While the feature is automatic with an answered phone call, many users utilize RingCentral with their business organizations on a daily basis for personal messaging and document sharing. It would be great to have this feature available with more ease.

Tool to clear out app history (profile pic, conversations, messages, etc.) before reassigning an account to a new user.
When a staff member leaves and is replaced, the new person is assigned their predecessor's phone number and therefore inherits the old user's app settings, chat history, profile picture, etc. I would like an option for the admin to wipe the account clean before reassigning it. If possible, it would also be useful to have a way to archive any important items before wiping the account.

RC Admin Portal - "We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." with no explanation.
Many of RC's processes, including re-assigning existing users to new phones, re-assigning existing phones to new users, moving numbers to inventory, adding a secondary digital line to an existing user, etc. are not intuitive and require a deep understanding of how your system behaves. This generic error message is useless and occurs frequently. If I can't complete a process because of some obscure reason, please indicate that in the error message so I don't have to spend 30 minutes with chat support.

Add the ability to remove Integrated Calling to iPhone
You have a feature for, what you call, Integrated Calling. You can see it from here.https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9126.html#ReceiveIncomingCallIn that link you state that it can be disabled so that the user does not have to see the Ring Central call on their native call app history, but the user can still have the Ring Central app installed to make and recieve calls. Add ability to allow a user to view another user's text message
General messages come to my assistant's phone and I need to be able to access them. I can access her voicemail messages using my assistant's voicemail PIN, but would like a way to access my assistant's text messages too, possibly through delegation feature, or any other way that would make this possible. Would like to be able to access them in the RingCentral Desktop App.

Admin App
There should be an admin app. It should have one page that gives an overview of the users and their status as well as all of the current callers.I should be able to see how many customers are waiting in the Queues. Also have a button on each call for the listen/whisper/barge feature and listen to the recording of recent calls.

Allow RC App Video Meetings from Synced Calendar to join/launch Microsoft Teams meetings directly from app like zoom, gotomeetings.
Zoom, gotomeetings and RC Meetings allow users to hit "Join" button from the RC App but it only gives Team meetings the option to Dial in.It would be great to be able to launch teams meetings with Video Meetings tab from our synced calendar .

Make columns adjustable for Task view
In Ring Central Classic app, you could adjust columns and be able to see a full task in list view and also see many more tasks on one screen before having to scroll. Now I can see only see a handful of tasks on the screen before needing to scroll and if I want to read the full task I have to click on each individual task. Not conducive for greater productivity when you have to click and scroll all the time.

Listen to Recorded Calls Through Mobile App
It would be nice if we could listen to the recorded calls through the mobile app. It always takes me a while to figure out where it's located in the admin panel. Having it available in the app would make it much easier to find and listen to especially if you're not near a computer.
