Turn off RingCentral Extension and Notifications via Browser
RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

Enable "pause/mute" automatic call recording for call queue
Currently we are unable to pasus or mute recording in a call acceptted via call queue if we have automatic recording turned on.Please implement this feature as this will be a breach of Australian regulations.

Use RingCentral number to work with Venmo/other company (verification code sent to RC number)
One of our users need to use their number for verification with Venmo. When they enter their number Venmo returns an error message stating that it is not a mobile number.There are several FR's submitted https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-53 and based on the update, it was implemented but it seems to be not working still.Please check as customer needs this ASAP.

Speed dial/Soft key option available for users in the Admin portal under Presence settings
Users will be able to set up speed dial for supported phones easily, this makes communication faster and easier for large companies.A customer actually had the option available and was able to set up the speed dial on a Poly VVX 450, and a couple of days later, the option is no longer available.

Apply Custom Rule to "extension "
Many of our users have custom rules with a custom voicemail greeting. They use them for "out of office", "in a meeting", "out to lunch", etc. When a Custom rule is applied, the custom greeting is heard by callers dialing the DID and through the main line but anyone internal who dials that user's extension does not hear the custom greeting. They only hear the user's standard greeting. Currently the "extension" is not listed as one of the conditions in Custom Rules so we cannot select it. This would be very useful to have this feature. Development Team - The proper use of the ignore button on an incoming call
When in a meeting via another online tool you get interrupted with a phone call. Pressing ignore does not get the call ignored it continues to ring. This disrupts all parties in the meeting. The feature of ignore should be that once pressed the call is taken to a voicemail. This has also happened when on a call, another call has come in and the ignore button won't work. Add ability to change Availability Status for individual and Queue from Desk Phone
When using actual desk phones with Ring Central, there needs to be a way to change your availability status for both as an individual and as a member of a call queue. Whether this is done via a softkey or a key combination such as *(number combination), it doesn't matter, it just needs to be something that is able to be accomplished. Currently, the only way to do this is to log into the app and toggle the availability status there.
