"Off Hook" auto dialing
I need a way to program a phone to automatically dial a (hard coded) number when the handset is picked up. You will commonly see this in common areas. For example, I would like to have a phone that when picked up auto dials a receptionist without having to dial an extension, and this is the only number this phone can call.

Two-factor authentication in Glip application
As any 2FA mechanism it can harden the information shared within our Glip accounts and teams and it can prevent someone who guesses or brute forces our username/password to access this information. It can also a great marketing feature as a part of your product's expansion to Europe, while been one step closer to compliance with regulations like the GDPR. An other reason of applying this feature is that other major communication software/SaaS/PaaS already include it in their infrastructure's free plans (i.e. Slack).

Call Queue & Ring Group ring order
It would be beneficial to expand on options for incoming calls to Call Queues and Ring Groups. Having the ability to choose between simultaneous and fixed orders are good. But could we get options for circular? This would be where if Person 1 and Person 2 do not answer, then Person 3 does, then the next call, would start with Person 3, then Person, 4, Person 1, Person 2. This would be helpful for queues/groups that require quick answering.Having an option for Uniform would be helpful as well. If Person 2 answers the call, then they should automatically be on…

My IT department does not want to give them the option of toggling it on and off in the dialer.

General Voicemail box
We would like to have a general voicemail box that would allow us in the app in to view new voicemails from multiple users. The email gets convoluted due to the amount of emails received. It would be nice to go to the app and have the voicemails showing and being able to click on them for a user to check mark that they have taken care of it.

Option to send pictures to a five digit text number
It is not possible right now to send a photo to a five digit number, it must be a full number. This makes it very difficult when traveling

As of the moment only the user who created the report can view the performance. There should be an ability to share it.

"Jump to Latest" button should appear sooner, i.e. when there's >0 messages hidden below the fold
Currently, the Jump To Latest pop-up button appears if you scroll back numerous messages - when the scroll bar is about halfway up the page, from what I can tell.Instead it should appear as soon as there is just ONE message hidden below the fold. That way if new messages come in and the scroll bar is only slightly scrolled up, the user can easily tell that there are new messages.I've been missing new messages in teams I'm looking at in New RC because of this. Push a notification when someone's presence is available
Settings -> notification: add a setting option to set special reminders for certain contacts's available presence, click 'Edit' button in this setting option will open a edit dialog, in this dialog, user can remove or add contact. sSave step1 settings, when these contacts's presence changes to available, a notification will be pushed to the user

Permit notifications when app is focused (new RC mutes when app in focus)
Old RC would provide sound notifications even if your app was focused. You could be ative in a team, and still receive sound notifications for other teams. Now, you do not get any sound notifications if the app is focused - it NEEDS to be out of focus / not active in order to get sound notifications.

Set Do Not Disturb when RCV, Teams, Zoom or WebEx meetings in progress
Set Do Not Disturb when RCV, Teams, Zoom or WebEx meetings in progress. Incoming calls on RC are quite disruptive and persistent on both laptop and mobile device unless the user intentionally switches softphone to DND. Not ideal to go back and forth with this for each meeting or ad-hoc call that happens throughout the work day.

Do not push app updates before repo updated
With nearly every new release to the RC Phone app, the app begins prompting users to update before the new version has been deployed to the RingCentral download repository. Users are reporting the app has an update but administrators don't have an MSI/EXE to deploy to devices.How about waiting until the repository has the new version before prompting users? Would save administrators some headache. I constantly have to tell them to ignore it or I reach out to RC support to get a download link for the new version.Repository:https://support.ringcentral.com/download.html

Regard the pick-up of any parked call as 'Inbound' for call recording purposes
("calls are recorded and monitored " can be introduced at the start of the hold music so that every parked call gets this message)It is a big issue for us if calls grabbed from a park location are not being recorded (despite being an inbound call) Ring Central'suggestion to "Enable call recordings on outbound calls" will create friction because any outbound sales calls, preceded by "Calls are recorded and monitored" messages before we even get to speak to a customer are doomed to fail.)

RingCentral Classic Had a Much Better Interface
Whether for Tasks or Teams, RingCentral Classic was the backbone of our company communication, but the new app is terrible.In RC Classic, far fewer clicks were required to get from one place to another (there are now two left columns in the new RingCentral app), tasks made better use of screen real estate (further explained below), and tasks could be more easily sorted, categorized, and viewed. Admin option to move faxes, messages, and files to another employee upon termination
When an employee leaves the company, it would be very helpful to have the option as the admin to copy all the faxes, messages, and files to another employee that would be taking over the role until the position is filed.

The ability to re-order Custom IVR answering rules
You can edit call forwarding options at a user level, by dragging and dropping them around. However on the phone system itself you cannot re-order custom IVR answering rules.We are a new customer, and currently there are no bank holiday rules in there. If we added these they would conflict with other rule timings. In order for this to work we have been advised we would need to delete all our live rules, put the bank holiday rule in and then re-add all the rest.We should be able to drag and drop these rules around without the need for deleting…

I am talking about being able to block calls that have no real caller ID or are noted as “Unknown “ As far as robo calls.
