  1. We were hoping to get a feature that will change the extension status to receive queue calls without changing it online or on the app. Certain options can be the following:1. Time specific (ex. Idea: Add trace for deleted voicemail to the audit trailWho would benefit from it: All Account adminHow should it work: Audit trail should be able to track and provide details when a Voicemail was deleted, who deleted it and when it was deleted, so it will be easier for the Admin to track and explain to their User what happened to a missing or deleted voicemail.

  5. Is it possible to add the option of filtering calls by time. This will be helpful for our users to narrow down their search through a smaller pool of calls in the logs. Currently they have to go over multiple pages to find the details for a particular call.

Users will be able to set up speed dial for supported phones easily, this makes communication faster and easier for large companies.A customer actually had the option available and was able to set up the speed dial on a Poly VVX 450, and a couple of days later, the option is no longer available.

  12. I contacted support to ask how to Block calls for our internal paging system for all external lines and only allow calls from internal extensions. Currently anyone can call that number send a page throughout the organization. They told me to go to the extension and under the Block Option "All Calls" and put in our main number on the exception list. Well that Block All Calls with the exception does NOT work as intended. I am asking, to please fix things that should work. It is exactly the feature I need.

  17. Can I remove the *101 after my phone number on the cover page? It is confusing. Secondly, for the fax, can we just say "Fax" instead of "Fax phone" and last, can we give a parenthesis for the fax area code and a hyphen between the fax number. Thank you.

  18. When in a meeting via another online tool you get interrupted with a phone call. Pressing ignore does not get the call ignored it continues to ring. This disrupts all parties in the meeting. The feature of ignore should be that once pressed the call is taken to a voicemail. This has also happened when on a call, another call has come in and the ignore button won't work. Why have the ignore button if you can't forward the call to voicemail? This needs more flexibility in use as it currently is not helpful. I have now marked myself as…
