  2. The customer check if we can include the company name on the list of missed call information not just the name nad phone number so that it is clean and they can prioritized the outbound schduled depends on the information on the missed calls

  3. I have call screening turned on. Callers that hang up on the call screening are ringing my desk phone one time most of the time, and giving me a missed call notification. This should not happen. How do I prevent calls from ringing my phone once?

  5. I know I previously came across a place previously where I could see all the different teams which have been created on our account, but I can't find it anymore. I only see the teams I am a member of - I know there are a number of other teams. As the system administrator/owner, I know there was a place I could go to see ALL the teams, whether I was a member or not...

  6. Feature to prevent users to listen to voicemails at the same time.This way, the work won't be doubled.For example, I have called into the voicemail for 1620 and I am listening to t he messages. John then calls into the voicemail is also listening to the same messages I am listening to. This is causing twice the work. On Mitel, the Mitel system would say "I'm sorry but someone is accessing this voicemail at this time. Please try your call again later."

  8. I would like to be able to mute all conversations within a folder by one simple click. Over time, I get added to more and more teams that I would like to be a part of but not receive notifications for it. Thus, I end up muting a ton of conversations. To improve this use case, we could allow the feature to mute all conversations inside of a folder. Additionally, it would be great if we could allow any new conversations added to this folder to be auto-muted upon addition.

  9. Transcribing calls to text (like is currently done for voicemails) would be a useful feature in RingCentral. It could likely be paired with CRM systems to have a record of what was discussed on calls.

When you are using ring central for all means of communication for your clients it's a critical situation that which user is allowed to make outbound calls using the main company number, Yes every user have there own primary number but they can change it to main company number from my caller ID at any time. So I purpose to allow Super admin to authorize or unauthorize any user at anytime from using the main company number for making outbound calls.

  11. Our law firm has been inundated with spoofing-type calls. It interrupts our business day, fills our voicemail box, and is simply frustrating. A call trap option could help reduce these calls. Please develop an option for use with our Ring Central service.

  12. We can search contacts by name or Extension but have multiple locations and it would be nice if we can search by office. For instance, I would like to see all the staff and their availability in Office A. It is a field that is filled out for each user profile so it should be searchable.

  14. You should be able to look for a contact in the RC software on computer and then then when you click on the phone option have the ability to click and initiate the call on computer application, deskphone or app on cell phone. For instance, I would like to look up a contact in the computer application and click on them and call from my deskphone or cell phone app. We did this on our old Mitel system so I know it can be done.

  15. Uploading corporate contacts to the deskphone would be very beneficial, manually adding the corporate contacts from the phone is a very time consuming process. Even if we would be able to download the contact list and then upload them to the phone via a USB port would faster.

  16. The prior version of RingCentral gave you the option of opening a fax and saving the fax without having multiple steps. With the new version, you have to download the document, save the document, delete the download then delete the original fax. Too many steps.

  17. allowing all users to see and interact with SMS messages - I own an insurance agency, so when customers text the office, it would make it much easier if both myself and my employee(s) would be able to see those messages.

  18. Ring Central sends updates to my Yealink T57w phone. When the update comes in, it resets the admin password back to default. This is a secuirty issue and I get the red triangle error at top of phone screen until I manully change the password from ADMIN back to my password. It happens every update and is very frustrating. Security is low after an update as password defaults.

  19. We need this feature badly. We are deoplying hundreds of new extentions and need this feature for business work flow requirements. Without this it is stopping us from using RingCentral and and force us to consider alternative providers.
