Poll App Contact in RC App Should be removed by Super Admin
Since any poll application in the RingCentral App creates a contact with extension number, RingCentral Super Admin can see it but not able to delete it. Customer who is super admin would like to have the ability to delete it anytime.

iOS App - Active Call (shown after device locks)
At the moment, when on an active call on the iOS Mobile app, if the device auto-locks during the call, it is difficult to access the keypad options including the ability to end the call.
To end the call, or access any of the keypad options, you have to unlock your device and reopen the Ring Central app.
Normal iOS behaviour when on an iPhone SIM call, or if using other communication apps like Teams, Google Meet etc, they retain the keypad and active call options at all times, even if the iPhone has auto-locked in the background.

Add a "Is available" notification when someone is done with a phone call
It would be helpful to be able to set a notification to let you know when a coworker is off of a phone call/meeting.

Please label call logs/reports with names instead of extension numbers. It is too confusing to try to match the extension number with the person instead of just having it labeled by name.

Add a comments field to the Device Order process
It would be helpful to add a comments/notes field to the device order process to enter any information related to the order. IE: if for a specific project, group of new users or conference room/s that you do not have detail for yet or internal PO information, etc.... Anything that would help identify the order when you have multiple orders in progress for different for tasks.Could apply to additional number/POC requests.

Mitel 6940: Add user status indicators with Intercom programming
Our office uses the Mitel 6940 but uses the Intercom function, instead of the Presence function. The user status indicator is not currently available with Intercom and THAT is exactly when a status is MOST needed!!! Please modify the software to make that a reality. It would make the office communications much more smooth and non-disruptive. Now, we end up interrupting auser's call for a transfer because we have no idea if they are on the phone. A truly negative software attribute. Thanks

Ability to check how many calls and/or texts you have sent daily
Ring Central would keep a count how many calls and emails you have sent that day on the phone or text tab. This would make it much easier for those that have daily quotas to hit.

Fax Transmission using Custom Cover Page
When we send faxes to multiple numbers using a custom cover page, instead of sending the transmission per number, we would like it to accumulate and send the confirmation at once, just like a regular fax when you use one of the existing cover pages.

Keep view position in one chat when switching to another and come back
When you work simultaneously with multiple chats you often read conversations somewhere in the middle. Like searching for quotes in one chat and posting them into another. Each time when you return back to one of such chats you are in the end of conversation and have to scroll up to get to the place you have left. So the proposal is to keep chat positions as for instance Telegram messenger does.

Schedule meeting using "Meeting Info"
I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.
