Bulk Convert Phones to Hot Desk Phone
Facility to convert unassigned phones to hot desk phones in bulk would save lots of time in all deployments that are inclusive of such devices as the flow to do so is roughly 30-60 seconds per device and is very monotonous. With hundreds or thousands of phones this is very inefficient.
Would suggest something akin to the Bulk Device Replacement.

"Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" only works when the monitored user receives a direct call (i.e., their extension is used). I would like to use this feature when a monitored user answers a call from the queue.

Allow all users to use texting system with the company phone number. This idea is useful because clients can send a text directly to the person how is responsible for that request.

Ability to Disable Changing of Caller ID from RingCentral App
Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

DND Presence Display On Sidecar
When a user turns on their DND status, it should reflect the DND or busy status (red) on the sidecar. Currently, the only way to know if someone has DND on is by calling them and being sent to voicemail. It would be great if they would be displayed as unavailable instead, which would save you a phone call and precious seconds spent on it.

Support for analog credit card processing devices over ATA.
Extend ATA support to credit card processing devices. When asking about porting these devices over to RingCentral, I was informed they should be replaced with units that use Ethernet instead of telephone. Being able to port them as is by using an ATA adapter would have been preferred.

increase the hold and park times for public and private to 12 hours
We have a situation where we may need to leave a call on hold for 12 hours during a shift however the current timeout is 5 minutes before it disconnects, correct?
Can you please increase the timeout for holds (and call parks) both public and private to 12 hours for ALL USERS - completely system-wide ? We do not want call on hold or parked to ever time out. Thank you.

Make Reminders More Noticeable
The feature of making a reminder for a chat message is great. It's better than how I used to do it before by marking a chat as unread. However, I do not pay much attention to the Reminders tab icon with the orange dot. It is not that noticeable. I would like Reminders to remind me in a more active way like the notification to join an RCV meeting that is about to start. And I also wish for it to have an option to either dismiss or snooze the notification just like the Outlook calendar event notification. I hope…

Migrating SMS Content from one Extension to Another
We encounter a problem where our main extension isn't following the correct call forwarding that was set up on the user extension. Tech rep fixed the issue by recreating the extension itself. The issue is when the newly created extension doesn't have the SMS content that we originally had on the corrupted extension and I found out that there's no way to transfer the SMS from one corrupted extension to the new recreated one other than manually forwarding it. Enhance Call Waiting for Mobile App
The customer would like not to put the current call on hold while there is a second incoming call via the mobile app. They would like to still hear the current call to inform them of the second incoming call before getting put on hold. This occurs on the mobile app via iOS.
