In healthcare, we do a lot of faxing and our fax cover sheets include our company logo as well as HIPAA instructions as to what should be done in event of a HIPAA breach where a fax is sent erroneously to the wrong party. We would like to be able to upload a custom company coversheet and assign it via user template to all users, remove access to all other coversheets.

  3. Some numbers are showing a different Caller ID when dialing international numbers. It would be great if the original Caller ID is retained instead of having to show a different Caller ID when dialing international numbers.

  4. Our company was set up with 3-digit speed dials for some of our affiliate locations. The current Ring Central app does not allow us to "look up" or view these speed dials. As such, the user has to know the 3-digit code for the specific location in order to use it. These speed dials should be able to be searched like when searching for another user, where one can type either the name or Ring Central brigs up available/possible options as the user starts typing number digits.   5. Ability to transfer a user's text messages to another

    I was using the chat bot but wanted to get a straight answer. Is it possible to transfer all of the text messages the a user has had with multiple individuals to another user? For better phrasing, all of the text conversations from one user to another?

  9. I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up.   12. We have a third party call center who we are having use RingCentral. But we only want them to have the phone. We don't want them having access to contacts from the company directory, we don't want them to be able to text or chat or video chat. We have a role set up for these third party agents, so it would be nice if there was a way to disable chat, text messaging, video chat and remove the contacts option from their left column. Basically so it will be nothing but a phone for them.

Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

  19. If "call waiting" is disabled and we configure an Announcement for the "No answer setting", the second caller will hear a disconnection tone. This is confusing because it gives the caller the impression that the number is not in service. It would be good if the beep tone is changed with a busy tone
