IVR prompts
Customer is requesting for the IVR system to read back the numbers by itself and not convert it to an alphabet. For example, 9-0-9. It should be read by IVR as "nine-zero-nine" not "nine-O-nine".

completely separate the RC Deployment Tool from the App
The RC Deployment Tool should be a completely separate entity and not tied to any one version of the RC Desktop App. There is a new 'tool' released with each new RC App release.
This tool is supposed to help the administrators by letting the RC App update itself automatically. However, the FAQ states that the Deployment Tool should also be updated once a quarter which again requires admin attention and defeats much of the purpose of the tool. Especially since that's about how often we were updating the RC app anyway!

This feature was present in previous versions but is missing in the current release. In my job, I juggle 9+ windows on 3 screens, and the call window often gets lost behind others during calls. Keeping it on top ensures easy access while multitasking.

Fax Transmission Result: View Message on RingCentral App
On the fax transmission result email, "View this message on your RingCentral App", when you click the hyper link, it's not taking me to the message but just a download page for the RingCentral app even if I have it downloaded or the web version is open on the browser.
It would be best if it would actually route me to the fax I sent.

Outbound Caller ID apply to all user without using template
I am trying to figure out if it is possible to change the default settings for a user without having to apply a template. For example, I want all new users outbound called id settings to be set to their device number. Is this possible without having to apply a template? Like changing the default setting for that role or something similar?
