  6. I was recently informed that when we record a prompt via Phone Call, there is no way to delete a number from the history even if the extension has been long deleted.
    It would be best if there's a way to automatically remove an extension from the history if the extension is no longer listed as a user.

  18. Hi there! I just had a quick question.. I am trying to use first orion to register my business so that my RingCentral phone numbers will show the business name when my agents outbound. They are asking for me to select a Service Provider but RingCentral does not come up as an option.
