  1. instead of using the message again , and redirect we should pick up the Message or response we would like to Reply without having to rewrite the whole message again, we can do it with Icons only, but we need text Reactions too.

  4. We are already using ring central on one website but we are building a second website and we want to get a second phone number so that customers from the new website can call in. I want the phone to notify our customer service staff which website the customer is calling from.

  5. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his RC Application.

  7. You should be able to set the do not disturb setting to expire after a certain period of time, rather than having to remember to go in and turn it off. Sometimes we set it just for a meeting and then realize the next day it is still set to do not disturb.

  11. Customer caller ID is not showing up if they calling a different provider such as At&t. Customer wants the her company caller ID will be shown on all the Telco provider in the US.

HiIt could be very usefull to be able to customize the Email Notification.Making it more corporate, adding company logo, custom text and even customize the sending email address.The best will be the ability of sync the caller's information to our synced contact lists, to display the name and company of the incoming caller you missed.Kind regards

  14. We need to be sure that employees do not have the ability to put in a false number or block the caller ID in accordance with Truth In Caller ID Act (47 U.S. C. § 227(e)). Please have an option to hide/unpublish the Main Company Number and Company fax number that is located in Main Site. Also, option to remove Blocked as an option.

  18. Submitting Idea on customer's behalf. We were having an issue where some of the agent's sites were merging, and the agent wanted their customers to hear an announcement about the move before being forwarded to another site's number. Unfortunately, RingCentral's service web doesn't have the capacity to forward to a specific internal number, only to extensions. The problem here is that the agent's extensions will be changing soon with the merge, so the call rules or IVR menus we create to get this done will all break soon and have to be rebuilt.
