I am from a legal and collections agency where we need to follow Truth In Caller ID Act (47 U.S. C. § 227(e) which states (1) IN GENERAL.—It shall be unlawful for any person within the United States, in connection with any telecommuni-cations service or IP-enabled voice service, to cause any caller identification service to knowingly transmit misleading or inac-curate caller identification information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value,

    Having the option to select a number that is not in your control like those assigned to main site or blocking your caller id…

  9. Customer needs a way to report on international calls for departmental charge back. The need to create a custom report that details the calls for the past 12 months. There is no way to do that in Analytics today. The data can be pulled from the call log, but it is a very time consuming manual process.

  11. Please add a way to answer a call and transfer it with the keyboard only. Currently I can answer a call and start a transfer, but I have to either use the mouse or press the tab key a bunch to select blind or attended transfer. Receptionists want to be able to answer and complete a transfer without taking their hands off the keyboard.

  12. For Apple users, an Apple call for "two-factor authentication" is not signaled by a ring on a group number (+49xxxxxx). Only one entry appears as missed calls in the journal.
    The calls via the group are currently not reaching users and are disappearing into nirvana.

  15. The customer has 2 deskphone and has an idea to have the other call forward going to his other phone if the first phone is on call if the call comes from the call queue. I hope we can add another deskphone with the same extension from the call queue to have the forwarding work.

  17. Why is it useful?
    - This is to segregate call recordings for call queues. The call queue manager should only have access to the call recordings of the call queue members and should not have explicit access to other user's or company call recordings.

    Who would benefit from it?
    - More efficient for managers to have segregated call logs specific to call queue members.

    How should it work?
    - Add a Permission for Custom User Role
    - Call Queue Manager Access Management: Access Call Logs of Call Queue Members

  19. Have the system auto-dial our area code, or to preprogram a button where it will issue the area code prior to dialing out. For example: the telephone number would be 1-555-999-1234, there's a way to have the system predial the '555' so all we have to do is enter in the 999-1234.
