Adding multiple external number to answer call when call queue is busy or when reached the maximum waiting time. It will be very beneficial to the business productivity, making sure customers on queue are being assisted in a timely manner.

Automatically enable Do Not Disturb when away from desk
Is there a way to automatically send calls to voicemail when you are away from the desk? Currently users have to manually set themselves to DND in order for the calls to not ring through. We would like when the PC is locked to send to voicemail automatically.

Allow call queue ringer settings to supersede individual extension settings
I would like for the "number of rings before trying next member" setting in call queue settings to supersede individual extension ringer settings. It makes no sense to have a "number of rings before trying next member" setting for a call queue, if the number of rings set by each individual member of the queue take precedence over this setting.

Do Not Disturb for all alerts from RC mobile and desktop app-including Messaging not just phone calls
The auto DND when in a meeting for incoming calls is great however can it be build or a new feature be built for either all RC notifications to be auto DND while in a meeting or at least to include Messaging/Text notifications as well?

for Glip, Id like to see an emergency "@" mention so if someone "@" your name and its an emergency, the "@" would be in red rather than orange. Just like outlook with a "!" added to show importance above other glips.

Change Status from Outgoing Calls to Missed Calls if incoming calls was missed from the IVR
When someone calls the IVR and pressed a key to the IVR (route to Call Queue Extension) and the call queue member missed the call, it shows from the Apps that it is an outgoing call instead of missed. Which is very confusing. Should be tagged as missed call.

Searching and Extension Creation using a regex or wildcard format
I would love to have the ability to both search for extensions and create new user extensions via some form of regex or wildcard extension format. For example when creating a new user, we are asked to choose an extension number. We have specific roles in our organization we like to keep within the 7000 range of extensions. Currently, I have to go searching for the next availabe extension in that pattern.
It would be great if I did not have to go searching at all and could just enter something like 7*** or 7### and the system would assign…
