  1. I have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into.

  2. There already exists a notification for SMS usage which warns the customer that they have reached 90% of the monthly SMS allocation. The concern is that most products/services offered don't alert admins that they are trending toward overages, and instead simply charge the overages to the account.

     

    The ask is to create alerts/notifications for all items that could potentially trend toward overages being charged. Ideally, there would be a way to manage these notifications such as:

    Specify who will receive billing alerts
    Whether these alerts come in via SMS or Email
    Control over notification thresholds (ex. For X product,…

  3. When creating a new user, the welcome email does not provide the site number. Instead, it is showing the main company number. Can we have an option when creating a new user, add the site number to the welcome email.

  4. Increase Number of Allowed Recordings The current number of recordings stored by RingCentral per account is 100,000. This should not be the case for bigger companies. They should have the ability to opt for larger bandwitdth of recordings that RingCentral can keep and not just through the Archiver.

Currently to transfer to voicemail on a physical phone requires several steps, While on a call, press the Transfer key.If your phone's default Transfer type is already set to Blind, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, press the Blind softkey. Enter *0 (asterisk zero) and then the target extension number.Wait for a couple of seconds for the transfer to complete automatically, or press the # (Hash key) to dial out.I suggest programming a softkey with the option to transfer to voicemail with a single press instead of having to go through multiple steps

It would be great to have the possibility to turn off/on the general line from mobile app. At the moment there is no possibility to do it and all the calls are being displayed as missed, however I don't need them to be missed or to be notified about it if I accidentally forgot to turn off the GL in the PC app.

  10. For offices that use Ring Central for scheduling customers/confirming appointments, it would be great to be able to write out a text and have it scheduled to send on x day at x time. For example, if I wanted to tell Susan that her vet appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then I want it to send a prewritten text on Monday so that she can respond to confirm the appointment. Cust would like to report a bug and ask to have a feature to be corrected, that when a user logs in to the service portal, it should display first the "My Extension" instead of the "Call Queue Management" under the dropdown list beside the profile initial on the top right corner side of the Portal.

  13. Please add a “clear all notifications” button.

    I have now gone on two years with my app saying I have 4 notifications when I don’t. It shows, I check, see nothing, it says 0 notifications. Then I get 1 message and instead of 1 it says 5 notifications, I check, see the 1, it says 0 then I close the app and it will still sometimes say 4.

    I’ve submitted tickets. No resolutions.

    I’ve checked messages, task, events, calls (which I disabled as well for me), voicemail (disabled as well).

    I have no notifications anywhere but it still says I…

  14. The RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Now attempting to sign in returns me to the sign in page.

  16. I would love to see letters be able to be added to a call when someone is calling the business line. That way I am able to filter out much easier who is calling my personal number and who is calling the business line. For example if my business is called "XY" then when someone calls my business line, it will show up on my phone as "555-555-5555 XY"

  17. Cx wanted to use the TollFRee number as thier Outbound caller ID. CT-30556: Due to new Telco regulations (Communications Alliance Scam Code) in AU, outbound calls from RingCentral AU customers who use their AU Toll-Free numbers ( 13/1300/1800/1900) as CLID will fail to connect.

  18. Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.
