voicemail auditing by administrators
One items we find often is complaints from customers that voicemails were not returned. Our old system was REALLY bad at handling these (Mitel/Shoretel on premise), you had to dig through engineering logs to try and pull out of a wav file was created and you could tell when the file was deleted, but not by which extension, etc, etc. Telling it was created (even with Brightmetrics as an add on product which was a great product) was difficult and time consuming. Add the "Custom Field" in the roles and permissions in Admin Portal.
To have an option in the roles and permissions to manage the "Custom Field" in More > Account Settings.

Hotdesk phone and number not to receive calls when no one is logged in
No one is logged in to the hotdesk phone, however, when someone calls the number assigned to that phone, it is still ringing and capable of receiving inbound calls. The hotdesk phone should have the capability not to receive inbound calls when no one is logged in to it

RC Desktop Contacts does not display or search Company Name
Hi there.Windows 10RC Desktop version 22.1.31.2866 Windows (x64)I sync my iPhone contacts to Microsoft 365 and have connected RC Contacts to Microsoft 365 as a viable way to sync my mobile phone contacts list with RC.I have many contact entries which comprise a business name entered in the Company field, with no Firstname or Lastname entered as it's an entry for a company or business, not a person.RC does not dislay the Company name in Contacts. Disregard the iPhone Auto-Lock while listening to voicemail playback
When listening to voicemails in the RingCentral iPhone app, the screen can time-out and auto-lock unless the phone is interacted with before the screen locks. We would like the iPhone's Auto-Lock to be ignored only when the playback of voicemails is occurring, allowing for the full message to be played uninterrupted and without intervention from the user. This is the normal behavior of the iPhone's built in voicemail playback.

Transferring a call from a Poly phone when a call comes in over the queue
If a user answers a call on their poly desk phone and hits transfer, but another call comes in through the call queue before the user can type in the extension for the initial transfer. They are unable to continue the transfer unless someone else in the queue pool answers the call or the caller hangs up.

Admin Portal access from RingCentral Mobile App

Remove password from call queue voicemail
A call queue has a variety of employees that may also have significant turnover. Having yet another pwd is inefficient and should be the Admin's option.

Show caller ID on a monitored line on Mitel phones
Currently on Mitel device users who have permissions to answer another users phone and have their extension added to their phone are unable to see who is calling the lines that the user is monitoring. In our old on prem Mitel system, users who had a monitored line button on their phone were able to see who was calling. But that is not the case with Ring Central. It would be nice to have the ability to see who is calling a monitored line on a physical phone without having to have the HUD open at all times. I know…
