Provision Mitel IP485G with Mitel BB424
Currently, Mitel BB424 is not compatible with Mitel IP485G. Hoping that the device can be provision with Mitel IP485G in the future.

Copy Multiple Text Messages
For the ability to store, archive, record in another software package, it would be great to be able to Select multiple text messages and copy them (along with name and timestamp), using the same interface where a user can select and delete/forward messages now.

Ability to answer more than 1 call from a call queue.
Would be nice to have the ability to answer more than 1 call when some calls into a call queue. We have a store that gets a lot of calls and the ability to place a call on a brief hold to answer another would be a great feature.

It would be great to assign all internal calls a specific ringtone and all external calls a different ringtone. This would be a great admin feature.

Save Custom Status for Quick Access
Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match. I never use the generic status options so this would save a lot of time throughout the day!!!

RingCentral MVP App Feature Like "Allow incoming calls while in a meeting" should be saved in all devices
It will help on managing the MVP settings using only one device; but will be applied to all devices using same login credentials.

The account has multiple sites/branches and needs to do paging for all devices in the account regardless of the sites/branches.

Remove the option "Last year" on the download SMS logs
customer is requesting to remove the the option "Last year" from the Download SMS logs as the option is providing confusion between the data retention policy and the option the Download SMS logs which it is not possible to download SMS logs for the past 60-90 days

Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls and makes outbound calls
The feature in the HUD "Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" states that "If the RingCentral app is your default phone app, you will get call notifications when somebody you are monitoring receives a call.", it will be beneficial for the user that is monitoring the calls to change this notification from just the incoming calls to both inbound and outbound.

Transfer existing message from old mailbox to new user extension mailbox
Customer want to have option to moved old messages to another mailbox also they want to extend the capacity from current 200 per mailbox and have it backup before it get deleted permanently.

Option to create Custom rule that can add change the extension by weekly
Requesting to add an option to create a custom rule that the extension will answer the call can be change automatically by week schedule. For example ext1 will answer the call on this week on Monday then next week Monday it will be ext2 then on next Monday, it's extension 3.

We would like to send texts to our employees and do a blind copy of all the numbers. Currently we can do a group text of up to ten people but it is not a blind copy. Is there a feature that we can use?
