Search Text in Adaptive Cards
We have notifications go into RingCentral from incoming webhooks in form of adaptive cards. They contain text that can be selected and even copied but cannot be searched within the RingCentral app. Would it be possible to update the search function to be able to do this?Thank you!

Send Group Voicemails to a RingCentral Team
It would be great to have voicemails from a call queue be able to be sent directly to a RingCentral team channel in addition to email. This would allow for immediate collaborative communication among the team to listen to the voicemail/read the voice-to-text right in the place where they're spending a lot of their time already.I found a workaround to make this happen by creating a user, assigning them a license, and adding them to both the team channel and voicemail distribution list. Want to block the unregistered SMS on the account by disabling SMS on unregistered numbers? Since the only option right now is once you block the number of incoming calls, SMS and fax will be blocked but we need only blocking the SMS only

Voicemail message received by a specific group
The customer wants to have a feature wherein they can press/dial an extension from their physical phone to leave a voicemail message then it will be received by a specific group of people through voicemail's alert in their phone. This is convenient to leave an announcement to a certain group which they had from their previous provider.

You can add a report to pull up only the calls made from certain extensions and set it to daily or weekly etc. For example, we want only the report for 5 agents that are working on a certain sector of the company.

Show cover page with Failed fax transmission notification
When getting a failed fax transmission email we receive the phone number we faxed and the attached documents but not the cover page. Sometimes we fax multiple times to the same fax number but they are for different clients. There is no way of knowing which one failed cause the document names are the same. Also when going to the failed faxes you can't click on the document to view the pdf like you can for successfully sent faxes. So perhaps a fax notification option to add the first page of the cover page to the notification. Thanks.

Ability to add a note when when you forward a message
When you forward a message to another team or another member, it would be beneficial to add a note. Right now, after you forward, you have to post a message adding additional content.

Custom voice message for ringcentral phones when offline
Just got off the phone with tech support and there is no option for a custom message when the ringcentral phones are unreachable (example internet down, phone not working correctly etc) You hear the generic message "I'm sorry no one is available to take your call. requiring god-level access for RC Desktop is a security risk
RingCentral for Microsoft Teams1. Minimum of Application Administrator and User Administrator Roles2. Other screen shots in the Admin Guide indicate the service account also needs the Teams Administrator and Privideged Administrator Roles (Both of those are also highly-privileged roles)It seems to be very risky to login an admin with those privileges onto a foreign site. Disposition Shared VM inbox and notify when others have listen to VM
Add the ability to allow a member of a shared voicemail inbox to add notes, dispositions and follow up actions to voicemails, as well as notifying a user someone has listened to a VM on behalf of the inbox owner.
