  1. Please find time to increase the Welcome email's validity from 48 hours to 10 days. This will give customers ample time to receive the email and set up their accounts. Some customers are having a hard time activating the accounts after the welcome email has expired.

  4. Being hands free when talking to customers on the Ring Central mobile app is essential for us at our company. All of our company calls are forwarded to the cell phones of our customer service reps and they answer via the Ring Central mobile app.If we dial out on the mobile app the bluetooth (air pods) connect automatically. However, if an incoming call comes in, we have to click on "Audio" and then select the Bluetooth device we want to connect to.   15. Currently we have 200+ "unassigned" phones in our account. There is no way to add these to a User from the User's "Phones" page. We can buy phones, or add the app, but can't provision an existing "unassigned" phone, on the User's Phone's page.If we want to provision an unassigned phone we have to pull up the phone in Phones & Devices and then do setup and assign. This isn't intuitive and should exist both in Phones & Devices, AND on the User's Phones page.

  20. Multiple users got attacked by external scripts on anonymous servers, and they got logged out of their RingCentral services. To bulk enable users's account, we would like to have a function to mass enable accounts instead of going into individual accounts to enable the users again.
