  5. when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status

  12. The customer said the dial-by-name directory doesn't allow them to dial the surname of some users who have only 2 letters on their surname.

    -He would prefer the surname in the dial-by-name directory.
    -He doesn't want to use the first name of their employee.

  13. We are one company with all the same client contacts. Ring Central should make a solution for sharing a contact list that would be global to all users. Clients are added and phone numbers updated in one place to be shared across all users. This improved efficiencies in a company, and seems like it should already be a standard feature

  14. With our current franchise setup, we have some managers & owners that operate multiple locations. If they were able to swap between accounts within the app without having to log in/out every time, that would be great. Combining them into one user becomes more difficult in keeping caller ID's separate with both calls and SMS.

  20. 3-way calling is not available in the R icon App when using a computer. The option available is only the conferencing which you need to create unlike the 3-way calling you can add participants to a live call. The merge is only available to the mobile App and the switch to conference option is only available to the old App.
