  4. I frequently create extensions ahead of time for new users in my environment. Lets say Jane Doe starts on Monday morning, I'll have everything set up and done for her Friday afternoon, including her new RingCentral extension so she's ready to get into training first thing on Monday.Unfortunately the existing options when creating an extension leave something to be desired here.If I send the invite immediately the same day, by Monday it has expired and our training staff end up asking for it to be resent.   9. Just got an Alexa Echo Show 8. Would like to see a RC Phone app for it. On the show, maybe it could do video, as well. I did see the Meetings app, but I don't want a meeting--I want a 1-to-1 experience just like voice phone.

After speaking to a Contact Center Engineer, it is my understanding that you are able to log into RingCentral.com using ANY phone number assigned to Auto-Receptionist and a valid extension.Please limit either the ability to log into RingCentral.com to ONLY the main company number and a user's assigned number/numbers OR (preferably) create a feature where admins can set which phone numbers are allowed for logging into RingCentral.com

  13. Mitel has the ability for voicemail to go to a general voicemail line that is seen on all phones in the company, not just to one extension. This is needed for small offices that have multiple phones because if it is sent to one phone, and that person is out, no one knows there is a voicemail to be retrieved.

  14. One of our users need to use their number for verification with Venmo. When they enter their number Venmo returns an error message stating that it is not a mobile number.There are several FR's submitted https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-53 and based on the update, it was implemented but it seems to be not working still.Please check as customer needs this ASAP.

  18. When looking for an available ext for a new team member, we have to check the "Users with Extensions" and the Groups section under Phone Systems. It would streamline things if there was a single screen or report that can be pulled showing all assigned extensions instead of having to go to multiple places or to export multiple reports that have to then be merged together.

  20. Ability to ring multiple Third-Party mobiles set up in User Extensions in a Call Queue. Currently, it allows ringing to third-party mobile if the RC application is not enabled in the user's Call handling and if a call tree is set up.
