  2. This would be useful in way so that when client creates a Group or Team in RC App Messaging, they won't have to type the users email one by one. Would be good to if adding the members that are already within their company is via check box

  7. It would be great to have the option of replying to any message on Glip and starting a sub-thread. Right now, the only option is to reply to tasks or to quote a message and use that as a way to reply. Having the option of creating sub-threads would clean up the chat a bit and would also help to keep all pertinent messages together so that we don't have to go scrolling through to find all the pieces.

  10. Users are using virtual desktop on all screens which pushes the RingCentral app behind the VDI. They would like an option to keep the RingCentral App in the foreground, in front of all open windows, so that they do not have to minimize or Alt + Tab to use the RingCentral App

  11. Our office does on-call in the evenings and weekends. I don't want to get a notification for every text/vm/fax, etc during office hours when users are at work. I only want text notifications during specific periods of time.

  12. any inbound call no matter if answered, gone to voicemail or text, the inbound call should get a automatic text message from your RC number thanking then or whatever message you wish to be sent out to the the inbound caller.

  13. Currently calls that are made directly to an extension still rings the 1st forwarding phone of the extension although the user is already engaged in a call. We need to have a feature to disable it, if the user extension is already engaged in a call, the next call should not ring the phone and it should divert to the next available forwarding phone.

  14. From an admin perspective, it would be nice if I could see what call queues a user is a part of. Right now, if I download the entire user spreadsheet, I can see what groups they are in when I open the excel spreadsheet but I don't want to have to do that every time I need to check on someone. It would be much faster if I could see it under the users profile.

  16. My team is a very effective team. If we were to get somebody who repeatedly gets anon callers but nobody else does, is there a way to track the caller? Maybe general location such as city or state? I have no way of tracking a slacker if they join the team from the anon caller perspective.

  17. The spam calls about renewing auto insurance in particular are getting out of hand. On my cell phones, I can send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder. It would be nice if Ring Central could do this too.

  19. It would be nice if your team message platform showed the messages I send on the right hand side, and the other messages on the left hand side. just like iMessage. this helps make the conversation, and who is saying what, easier to follow.

  20. On the old desktop/browser app, you could see a snippet of the beginning message of the most recent sms messages & you could scroll down to see older messages. When we had to switch to the new desktop/browser app, that feature went away & now we can only scroll through the phone numbers of the recent recipients & have to click on each specific # to see the message. It was very helpful to be able to scroll through the partial messages when trying to find a specific message. Since most phone numbers are not in my phone book, it…
