  3. Currently there is the call screening feature available on RC phone app on desktop. The call screening feature should also be available on the unified app.

  4. Being able to accept calls and end calls via the call control function (button on headset) does not work on EPOS Sennheiser models (specically D10 headset). Is it possible to include more headset models (other than Jabra and Plantronics) that can be used with the desktop app. Need to have more compatible models - Specifically Sennheiser.

  5. The RC Phone app allowed the plantonics on headset controls to work properly. For example, when I pressed the button on the headset to answer or hang up the call the RC Phone app responded. The RC App (new unified app) does not respond to these buttons making it more difficult to operated with the app.

  6. The pin and password should not be tied together where the admin can't change the user's pin without also resetting their password. An admin should be able to change the pin as a separate action.

Whenever we schedule a meeting using RCV plugin in Outlook on an existing email thread, the invite is being added on the thread, however, it is placed at the bottom of the thread instead of the top. This causes issues because although the recipients can see the link they are not able to see the other invite details right away like the dial-in number. This issue is not happening when scheduling a meeting using the RCM plugin in Outlook. When we use RCM plugin and schedule a meeting the invite is already on top of the email thread.

  11. I would like to be able to print automatically from the RingCentral Unified App. This is possible in the RC Phone Desktop App, but not in the RC Unified App.

  12. It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

  13. Hi, Please allow Admins to upload a Custom Cover Page on behalf of users and not limit it via the RingCentral Phone app. It will be great if there is an added functionality in the online portal where we could upload the cover page directly.

My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

  18. I have used Zipwhip for several years, they have a very convenient feature that allows a draft SMS to be saved and sent later.This feature does not exist in RingCentral, I have talked with support several times.Thanks.

  19. RingCentral accounts are either charged monthly thru the credit card or invoice. Some contract allows for an annual or 2 years charge but nothing beyond or in between. Some people would just like to pay in advance less or more than the options available today.Example: pay 6 months or 18 months in advance after the next billing date.Would be better if RingCentral is flexible with the payment terms.

  20. For our business we would like to be able to text videos like we do from our non-Ring Central lines. Currently the MB limit is keeping our business team from executing this function.
