  1. When we receive faxes, I am also getting a voicemail to my phone to alert about this, and if I listen to the voicemail, it impacts the faxes and shows they have been read. Is there a way to turn off this setting, so that my desk phone is not getting these notifications?

  2. Ability to forward calls when RingCentral Indonesia number is dialed to another local number in Indonesia. Currently, the workaround is to have someone answer the call and then the person who answered the call will be the one to transfer the call.

  7. Have Contact Center Routing Number (numbers not assigned to a user, call queue, IVR etc) be seen as Account Contact numbers in the RC App. The only ones that you will see in your Contacts are numbers that are assigned to an extension (user, call queue, IVR etc).

  9. We have a situation where we may need to leave a call on hold for 12 hours during a shift however the current timeout is 5 minutes before it disconnects, correct?

    Can you please increase the timeout for holds (and call parks) both public and private to 12 hours for ALL USERS - completely system-wide ? We do not want call on hold or parked to ever time out. Thank you.

  11. Request to allow managers of user groups to download the log of calls that have been recorded.

    Currently the manager of a group can go in, isolate by user and listen (and download) the recording of that call, but they cannot download a log file of the call data per user they are focusing on.

    Request to add the ability to download the call log of recorded calls isolated by user.

  16. We need to send larger pdf documents via text. Our prior provider automatically converted files to a clickable link when we dropped them in the text message. This avoids the need to support sending multiple file types and avoid size limitations of sms.

  20. The ability to Send Text Messages using car hands free systems. Users universally have a problem with sending Text Messages via car hands free systems. It does not seem to matter regarding the car OEM or using an Apple or Android phone. We do not have any problems receiving text messages however we cannot respond to that message or start a new one using the car hands free system. I suspect this has more to deal with the Apple and Android mobile app rather than the car system since regular carrier SMS messages are processed with no problems. Thank you.
