  3. Cisco phones in general don't have the option to forward all calls from call preferences on its settings. It would be efficient to have this option available so reception phones can be automatically forwarded to external numbers without the need to log into the portal.

  4. In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

  13. RingCentral does not have the feature to stop reps from turning off the "Accept Queue Calls" button in their settings. When this gets toggled off in their settings their member status in the queue is then turned off. We would like to stop the reps from being able to do this and always have their member status turned on. This way the manger is the only one that can go in and turn them off from getting calls from certain call queues.

  15. User wants to have the Round Robin or Rotational queue added to the Call queue setup, as Longest Idle favors people who are not getting on the phone to make outbound sales and they should not be rewarded with more incoming leads than sales people who are dialing for more business.
