  3. We've run into an issue, where there is an supposed call queue limit of 100 call queues? Can I ask if that can be increased for our company? We've recently migrated over to RingCentral, have have roughly 300 sites that would require a call queue for each.

  8. The presence feature is currently limited to desk phones that are assigned to user extensions. It would be great if it can also be added to common area phones, especially when used internally to communicate if they have not memorized direct numbers/extensions of other employees.

  13. Implement a feature that allows users with the manager role to access their respective team members' call logs, ensuring they can only view the logs of their own team, or group.

    Currently, upon elevation to the manager or supervisor role, users obtain unrestricted access to call logs across the entire organization.

    You either get access to the entire organization's call logs or no one. Please allow us to configure this permission set.

  17. We have a third party call center who we are having use RingCentral. But we only want them to have the phone. We don't want them having access to contacts from the company directory, we don't want them to be able to text or chat or video chat. We have a role set up for these third party agents, so it would be nice if there was a way to disable chat, text messaging, video chat and remove the contacts option from their left column. Basically so it will be nothing but a phone for them.
