Allow for the global configuration of the "Pin the Window" that is now only available during an active call at the client level
Currently the only way to "Pin the window" for active call controls, is to select it during an active call. This leaves this option dependent on each user. We have plenty of users who do not familiarize themselves with the app and do not know that pinning the window will allow the window to pop in front of all active windows when they receive a call. I'd like the ability to set the "Pin this Window" globally so it's our default window behavior.

bridged call appearance Call/Line shared control
So on the Avaya system, you can assign a user's call appearance (line) to another user as a bridged call appearance. The line is then shared access between the users. The owner can take line off hook and the brdg-a user can see the line offhook. If a call to the line owner rings in the brdg-a user can answer "on that line" place the caller on hold and the owner can then pick up call off hold. Limit on Number of Call Queue Pickup Groups Should Be Increased.
We have a use case where the users are backups for a large number of call queues (calls do not ring to them).
They need more than 10 Call Pickup Buttons, especially on the Desktop App.

Increase the voicemail time limit
The voicemail time is too short. Is there a way to increase the time limit, the ideal time limit would be up to 10 minutes. We service all time zones w/ calls coming in after hours. It is very frustrating for the client to call back to continue a voicemail 2 to 3 times.

Fax Only Group
To have a "Fax Only" option under "Groups" in the admin portal so they won't have to set the fax settings in each extensions.

SMS OTP for Okta to RC Number
We are working to implement Okta user authentication in our environment, both for desktop authentication and M365 authentication.
A small percentage of our users have older personal phones where they are unable to install an app for Okta to authenticate with and at the moment there aren’t really any offline methods that would work in our environment.1 vote -
Save the RC window size, placement, and config on close to use on open.
It takes me a few minutes at startup to get the RC window size, shape, location, and display mode set up. Suggest those be saved at close, and then used to display the window on open just like it was a close.

I want to be able to select multiple voice mails and messages and delete them with out having to drill down to each one and delete them.
Delete multiple msgs and voicemails with one click after tagging them.

sync multiple phones on same extension number
I have a physical phone at work and another at home. Example is I am at home and answer most all my calls. I come to work and the phone lists them as all as missed calls. The phones should sync. Mitel could do this, but RC can not. Very frustrating.

RCV Meeting Recording optimization
Support confirmed that a meeting recording may fail if there's only a single user or person present. Some users use it as a recording program so they are requesting it to be optimized.

Call Park Ringing | Add option to not ring on everyone's phones when a call is parked
Hi Team - Having the option to put the call in the call park & not have it ring to anyone but be able to tell someone that there is a call in call park 1 for them so that individual can pick it up would be very helpful. As of now, every single person's phone rings as soon as a call was in park one and everyone is alerted who was in the call park on the screen.

Voicemail Caller ID in Desk phone
The client is looking to see if there is a way to show the caller id of a voicemail left on the desk phone while listening to messages. They have yealink t46u phones

If someone calls this number, and the number is busy at the moment, the person that is calling is on a call wait until the line is available again and until someone pick up, but if they do not want to wait anymore, they can press something like 0 to leave a message and that someone can call them back after they are available?
