  1. Make it so admins can lock settings so users cannot change them on the mobile app. This is specifically the user settings. We have a complex set up and it includes users being able to receive calls on call and with notifications. Our users frequently change setting and the only setting we want them to be able to change is to Do Not Disturb. Unfortunately they change notification settings and a variety of other settings, which makes it a nightmare for our admins to revert back.

  2. I don't delete my voicemails right away but it would be nice, when I do go to clean it up, if I could delete a group of them or all of them at once. It appears I can only go into each individually to delete them and I don't have time for that.

Customer wants to have an option that if a marketing company called his main phone number and all of his employees is on a call assisting different caller, the call will be routed to a different marketing campaign and market company will hear a prompt that " no one is available to pick up the phone"

  5. option to view the number of the recipient/sender along/beside their name

    verbatim from cx; When I would text a client, their phone number would appear next to their name in the text messaging section. For some reason, it no longer appears. Is this a system update, or did I change a setting somehow?

  6. Allow RingCentral admins to see where voicemail emails are coming from by showing the IP address. This helps them keep an eye on security and fix any issues faster. They can control who sees this info and get alerts for any suspicious activity. Also, make it easy to connect with other security systems for better protection. This update gives admins more control, helps them stay on top of security, and makes it simpler to manage any problems that come up with voicemail emails.

  7. Customers have expressed the want to be able to assign hot desk phones to paging only group. Currently, hot desk phones are not constantly logged into which is a requirement for a paging device. Customers would like to be able to assign hot desk phones to paging only groups.

  12. We are already using ring central on one website but we are building a second website and we want to get a second phone number so that customers from the new website can call in. I want the phone to notify our customer service staff which website the customer is calling from.

Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his RC Application.

  17. Customer wanted to also have a notification when receiving a call while using the RC App in server screen. In that way they can monitor users screen while using the RC App while on a call.
