  1. I would like to see the "Answer page ring" feature on Mitel desk phones. Currently, paging doesn't work with Mitel desk phones when using Ring Central. Having this feature for user's would help greatly.

  5. The color of the text message bubbles has just switched to a dark blue background with white text. All of the other themes have the same dark background/light text. Are you aware of halation? 50% of the population has an astigmatism; for those with this condition, reading a light text on a dark background causes visual issues and can lead to headaches. There needs to be an option where all my text bubbles, both incoming and outgoing, are in a visual contrast that works for me.

  6. Hoping there is an option to use the incoming call information special numbers even for for those calls that are just received by the direct line of the extension because at the moment this feature only works when the calls of the extension are set to forward to an external number.

  10. current behavior: Outbound call using IVN has limitation for EU that is can only use CLI for the following countries (UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Belgium)

    Finland IVN (+358) as CLI is currently not included in the list of counties in EU causing the number to error as "no routes found" when making an outbound call.

    Desired behavior: to be able to use Finland IVN as CLI for outbound calls in EU account

  11. Currently, if you're in an IVR's prompt menu, you have the option to change the prompt, but only by selecting a previously existing prompt. If I have a new audio file I want to use, I have to navigate out of the IVR menu, open the prompts library, add the file there, then go back to the IVR menu where I can now select the prompt from the list. This would be much easier if we could upload new prompt files without leaving the IVR menu.

  12. The ability to configure the app/desk phone where the volume remains the same when there is an additional incoming call.

    Right now, if an agent is on a call and a call comes in on the back line, the volume significantly decreases on the active call.

  18. Like the other device types and models, such as Yealink and Polycom, Cisco 8861 should not have a long reconfiguration period when signing out and signing in with a different user.

In many organizational settings, particularly those with shared resources such as common area phones or generic departmental extensions, there exists a need to activate users on the RingCentral platform without necessarily tying them to a specific email address.
