  1. Is there a way to remove the On Hold Custom Music for Internal Users only? For example, if Sales Team are on a Teams Call and one of them puts the call on hold, then we all hear the On Hold Music. We only want that to play for Outside Callers like our customers, prospects, vendors, etc. Thank you.

  2. I received a call where a customer wanted an option to be notified by SMS for received and sent text messages. Also, wants to include another RingCentral number or extension in getting the notification.

  5. During a call, right now, you can either let 100% of the background sounds, or 0% (mute them). It would be great to add options for level this.

  9. Current fax cover sheet shows the phone number the same as fax number. Specialties call the number thinking that is our phone number. It would be nice if we could edit the number so callers do not get confused.

  16. A participant in a group/hunt group should be automatically logged off from the group/hunt group when he "logs off on the PC".This should be configurable for the user, whether he likes it or not. It could be that he like to be present via another device.

  17. Call history for 30 (90) days if customer decides.
    It should be configurable per account. 7 days as default is good, but for a lot of medium and large sized customers it is too short.
