Bring back the pause media when a call is started
We had a feature (at least in the windows version) that paused all music and media if you answer a call. This is no longer an option and would be very useful to not have to manually pause my music when i call comes in so i can answer.

On the Message data export Ability to know to whom they send the message if the recipient didn't reply
Apparently, you will only know the recipient on the MDE if the recipient replied to the message by checking the Glip ID but if the recipient didn't reply you will only see who sends the message <creator ID> but there is no information to whom he/she sends it.

When a number is blocked, it should still allow users to make outbound call to that number.

Caller number to show up in Blind transfer from call queue
Incall queue, normally it shows the name of the person who blind transferred the call. The customer wants to show the number of the caller.

List on the online account for the phone passwords
We did contacted support and we advised that the warranty will be voided, It would be helpful if there is a interface on the online account where the admin can see the list of the phone passwords for the account

Remove Microsoft Support from SUSPECTED ROBOCALL classification
Dear RC,Microsoft's support number - where they call you back when you open a ticket with them (and ask them to call you) - is consistently marked as SUSPECTED ROBOCALL. This is certainly not a robocall number and it's (425) 635-2970.Is there a form or an area I can fill out to suggest that it be removed from the list?

Google Workspace have the ability to do messaging and attach files on task creation.
Attaching documents to created tasks or even messaging. It fails with an error that blocked by Google Workspace.

Admin level ability to backup all items for users in Archiver, including Chats
Admins need the ability to backup calls, voicemails, SMS/MMS, faxes, and CHATS. They need to be able to remove the ability for users to be able to turn off backups. This would be very helpful for compliance. Admins need the ability to control backups for every item at the admin level. Chats need to be able to be backed up as well, since SMS / MMS use is required to be registered through TCR. Some companies rely on chat now, instead of SMS / MMS. Chats need to be able to be backed up as well.

Setting for Internal Communication Only on Mobile App
I currently receive calls from team members and from all incoming calls to the sales department to my desk phone. I also receive all chats from team members to my desktop RingCentral program. The problem I have is I do not want to receive all of those to my phone on the mobile app since I’m just sitting at my desk anyway. What I would like is to have the ability to set it so I only receive calls and texts from team members to my mobile app so I can get alerts when I'm away from my desk or…

Allow Admins to add Pictures to user profiles
Allow Admins to add Pictures to user profiles so the company can fully leverage the desktop notifications. It would be great if everyone added their company photo, but 90% do not. I could easily have an admin on my team do it for everyone.
