Multiple accounts with the ability to toggle between in the app.
I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?

Custom roles and permissions Disabling the Video Service from switching to RingCentral Video
As an organization, we have found that standard users of RingCentral have too much control over their settings. In this example, users can change their meeting service preference which leads to poor user experience. We do not currently have a preference but instead would like to be able to control this setting as an organization. Leaving standard users without this control.

add 'Select All' option to change Outbound Caller ID for all features at once
Please I beg you!! Please add a 'Set Outbound Caller ID for All Features' (and phone) option, or a way to select multiple features to set the outbound ID for at once. We must change our users' outbound caller ID's often. Currently for each individual I must change the primary number's ID under the Extension then move to Outbound Calls/Faxes to set the same outbound id "By phone' and for each of the 9 features- that means clicking edit ► select number► save, 11 times in a row. RingCentral video recording auto download
for the customer having the RCV Recording be automatically downloaded before the deletion date will be more effective so that it will be more convenient for them to have the record and less worries that the recordings will be lost

URL Blocked by ISP
it will be more convenient to have specific URL error code that the URL is being blocked through ISP, with that the customer can directly contact ISP instead. It will save more time and effort for their issue to get resolved

Main Line Ringing Multiple phones
We have several phones in common areas that should also be able to ring and be picked up as well.
In our past systems, we had 5-6 phones ring with incoming main line calls no matter if they were currently on a call or not and you could put that call on hold and answer the other incoming call. I want our current system to be able to do that to include 2-3 "backup" people who have their own lines.
With RingCentral, the call queue does not allow us to do that. If the receptionist of the queue is on…

Disable GIF in SMS for RC mobile app
We would like for RingCentral to disable the ability for users to be able to post GIFs in text messages on the RC mobile app. It doesn't appear that the GIF function is built into the app (rather, it's a keyboard shortcut option on one's smart phone) but this opens up the possibility for users to send inappropriate images (internally or externally).

Allow Scheduling of Custom Rule Enablement
After a custom rule is crafted, I'd like the ability to schedule the turning on and turning off of the rule. Example: We have a site that is normally closed on Fridays, their on-hours schedule lists them as open on Fridays, so that we can still present callers with central service options. We route calls to that special IVR using a custom rule covering every Friday. They'd like to answer calls at the site on a few random Fridays -- but there is currently no easy way to schedule that.

RC App should mirror parent computer's format for time, 12/24 hours.
The format used to display time (12/24 hr) should be inherited from the parent PC. At the very least there should be a switch in Settings to allow selection of 24 hour format.

Option to allow call through
Add an option that will be on/off that forces callers to press 1 to ring an extension. This would reduce spam calls. Example when enabled: "You have reached the extension of _________ to continue this call please press 1." If they press 1 continue processing the call. If not send to VM or even disconnect.

Outbound call Recording in a ring group
Need to pull up the outbound call recordings of the ring members under the extension where they are added to.
It would be best if there is a way we can get the outbound call recordings of the ring members in one extension only where they are added to.Right now we can pull up the outbound calls individually under their own extensions.

The Numbers That A User Used to Call Out Should Appear in The List for Texting/SMS
The numbers that they called in should appear in the list of SMS recipients though the numbers are not saved.
the customer should be able to send text messages by selecting the numbers on the recent logs for easy texting
customer can easily send a text message by selecting a number on a recent dropdown even if the numbers are not saved on the contacts
