  2. I setup rules on different numbers for Area code routing and would like to be able to set it up on one number and then export and import it to other numbers that need the same rules.

  3. Google Voice has a safeguard (presumably to limit routing to automated systems) which detects when a call is being picked up too quickly so routing is unable to connect to any IVR in RC without pressing 1 (or any other digit) to accept the call.
    Two possible solutions may resolve this:
    1. Ability to delay call pickup time. (ideally assignable to a specific phone number within RC to resolve relevant forwarded calls, leaving the rest of inbound calls unaffected)
    2. Ability to direct RC to automatically press a button (dial a number) during call pickup, or at any time. (this…

  5. Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

  9. Import Multiple CSV files with 500+ Contacts each into separate groups.Then send bulk SMS per group through the App.It seems that the only option right now is to import the contacts to a general list, and have to manually add them to a group one at a time.

  10. I would love to see letters be able to be added to a call when someone is calling the business line. That way I am able to filter out much easier who is calling my personal number and who is calling the business line. For example if my business is called "XY" then when someone calls my business line, it will show up on my phone as "555-555-5555 XY"

I am doing some auditing on the calls that our agents make to our customersSometimes our customer's call goes straight to their voicemail, but it seems that Ring central does not record this in the call recording - is it possible to set it so that any voicemails that we leave our customers are recorded please?

  18. its 2024 nobody calls everything is texts, telus and rogers and every other service provides unlimited sms , seems kind of obvs, u guys r jus scamming ppl this is ridiculous, how can u call urself a phone service company and not have unlimited sms, theyve had that for over 10 years now,
