  2. If you have multiple numbers on your extension, it should show which number the client dialed in at the same time and still show the incoming caller ID. Inform this is available when there is an actual call, but on the logs it will just show the Caller ID.

  4. Adding a pin to the app would make it so we can be compliant with federal rules around Contacting patients And protecting PHI. If the device was lost or stolen the Information on the app would have an extra layer of security e to prevent unauthorized access to patient contact information.

  6. Since not all extensions are frequently used, they want to have all voicemails sent to email to avoid backlogs and unread voicemail messages in the RC App. It is to make sure only important messages can be stored inside the App.

  9. Transfer customers to receive a text message when no one is available to answer the call.If no one can answer the call instead of the voicemail he wants to transfer the customer to a text message and the customer will receive a text message instead and will notify them.

  10. Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

  12. Longest Idle currently resets when switching to DND or making any type of call. Users can manipulate this my quickly switching DND on then off AND/OR by making quick calls to remain last in the queue and avoid calls.I propose that Longest Idle's idle time is only reset by taking a Queue / External call

When we set up the account we asked that we have a different number set up for each that way we can track the origin of each call. So they set it up but it doesnt seem to work with our IVR system.
