  2. I have several locations, I want to be able when I close one location I want to be able to forward calls to my other locations. So Ideally I want a messega to be played saying that we are closed but they are being forwarded to another location.

  3. For the ability to store, archive, record in another software package, it would be great to be able to Select multiple text messages and copy them (along with name and timestamp), using the same interface where a user can select and delete/forward messages now.

  4. Currently - in the admin portal you only have the option to enable and disable compatible phones for the Intercom Feature. Polycom VVX 300 is compatible - the only issue is the option to Disable AUTO ANSWER IS MISSING.- Disable the auto answer for intercom cx would like to have a feature where in they can have the option to disable auto answer for intercom

  5. Create a rule for IVR Menu Ext 7 wherein an external number assigned to key press and if no answer after 4rings, the call will forward to another external number that is in the IVR Menu.

  6. We have a desk phone used in a loud warehouse. We need a way to increase the volume of the desk phones volume for the ring tone on inbound calls substantially so workers not nearby the phone can still hear the phone ring throughout the warehouse and come to answer it when needed. We want to connect any speaker attachments or devices available that are compatible with Yealink T46U desk phone model.

  11. If I could suggest one potential improvement to pass on to the engineers to include in a future update. The downloaded Detailed Call Logs have a column for Result Description. The “Receive Error” Action Result has a Result Description of “Receive Error.” Adding a more detailed Result Description could be beneficial.

  12. Each IVR should have the options for where faxes and texts should be forwarded to. Just like Call Queues. Right now, the fax or text is just sent to whomever the main number forwards to.

  15. SMS can be backup to a third party cloud system such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and ect. This is for them to retrieve it just incase the system or accidentally deleted the SMS

  17. Would it be possible to enable a method for users to find contacts via the department? Our users all have their department information in their profile, enabling search via department would allow users to reach the right department/person when they may not know an individual’s name.
