performance reports to show real-time data and not to wait for few hours to populate
Be able to run performance reports for calls, queues, meetings, etc, that contains the data real and be sent via email. What is being experienced is that reports received via email is 24 hours delay (data of yesterday).

Customization of audio source in the RingCentral App
Is it possible to customize the softphone to process the audio stream differently? In case of language neutralization, we don’t want to send the support person’s audio stream directly over call. We instead want the translated stream to be passed over the call. It would require customization in the softphone. Will we have the option for such customizations in the softphone audio stream handling flow? Is the audio stream a dual channel?

I'd like to carrier the provider's name of the inbound and outgoing calls. I would like Carrier information or the ability to do it. I'm a fraud hunter and use RingCentral to put an end to it. Ability to play default ringing or hold music rather than RC client's hold music
There are scenarios of outbound calls in which, during the process of connecting to an external called party, the connection to receive either ringing or audio from the far-end system for whatever reason is not made so it defaults to playing the configured hold music/custom prompt of the RingCentral extension that is placing the call instead. This creates confusion with users that experience this behavior. Add a custom time length filter for call length.
This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

Shared lines to use for incoming and outgoing calls at the same time Private
There is a limitation in shared lines that you cannot do both incoming and outgoing calls at the same time. It is best if the feature can do that way, to continue to receive incoming calls while doing an outbound.

Be able to handle multiple conference calls using deskphone
When the user is on a conference call, he should be able to take another call leaving the 2 person on the conference and continue the conversation. And the user would like to be be to junp from one conference call to another.
