HUD pop out window on RingCentral app
It's great that the HUD was added to the RingCentral desktop app however, the only thing for us that it seems to be lacking is the ability to adjust the layout of the pop out window for the HUD. We still use the RingCentral Phone app because the pop out HUD view allows me to customize my HUD window more than the HUD in the RC app. In the RC app I can't get everyone to appear on the same size window like I had with the RC Phone app. Please see attached screenshots

Option to limit number of sent SMS per day
Add an option to limit SMS per user or per role. A cap to prevent sending too many texts.

Organize Tasks by Due TIME
In the previous version of Glip/RingCentral App, when you would view all of the tasks, it would organize them by the due time (if there was a due time) and show the due time clearly. This does not happen in the new app. It's caused lots of late appointments for us :(

Caller ID - Update All
I am the primary administrator for our company phone system that includes approximately 2,500 employees, each with a unique phone number.Managing Caller IDs is laborious because each employee has 9 or more values that have to be updated (Phone, RingOut from Web, RingMe, Call Flip, Fax Number, Mobile App, Additional Desktop App, Common Phone, and Alternate Call ID). Enable P2P video between Polycom VVX and CCX series phones
My company has about 2,500 Polycom VVX 601 phones, all equipped with a Polycom video camera for P2P video calls. Polycom is no longer making the VVX series phones, so we're unable to get new phones for new employees, or replacements for broken phones, so we're starting to purchase CCX series phones.Currently, you cannot make a video call between a VVX and a CCX phone. Looking to have Messages panel not collapse if the window is resized
Both in the RC desktop app and the browser based app if the window is resized the messages panel (favorites, direct messages) collapses unless the window is resized to be larger.It would be nice to have a toggle option to disable this collapsing when resized.

Forward voicemail to email size or time threshold
Hello RC, thanks for offering this platform.I would like to suggest a 'threshold' for the voicemail-to-email fowarding feature, so that short messages with no actual voicemail are not fowarded.We receive emails when callers do not leave a voicemail (for example, they record for 1 to 3 seconds).It would be nice if the forwarding ignored, or had the option to ignore, voicemails that are clearly too short to contain a message.Thanks for the consideration!

Paging system to ring when phone rings either 24/7 or after hours
We have an Employee line that can't be heard unless near the phoneThis line rings a single phone that often goes unnoticed by our day shift crew and our night shift crew due to loud machinery or not being near the phone. We would like to be able to have our overhead paging system ring in addition to this phone during specific hours, to grab our employees attention at night or during the day which ever hours we set this line up for.I was assured during testing that this could have been achieved prior to signing up with Ring Central.

Delete Missed Call History
We have been told it is not within the system parameters for my phone app to "know" that someone else in the office has answered a phone call, thereby creating a HUGE Missed Call list in my App. I would like to suggest adding a feature to allow us to delete my entire Missed Call History at one time, like it is possible to delete All Call History. Download all outbound faxes sent by all extensions
Admins want the ability to download all outbound faxes sent by all extensions on a Site; from the admin portal website, it's available on individual extensions but not for admins to access on demand. We'd have to log into each account individually to retrieve the reports.Workaround is to have the users download their own faxes every 30 days - not efficient or reliable we need this automated

Looking to see Custom Status in HUD without having to click the profile picture
Users are unable to see the Custom Status in HUD, they can only see in the Message area/if they are sending Messages to each other; this was a feature in the old RC Phone app and we'd like to see it again in this one.Users can click on the profile picture in the popped-in HUD page to see the custom status (does not work on the popped-out HUD) and this is an extra click. We'd like to just see the status without having to do that like we could in the old app.

Phone Status on the Taskbar
Is there a way that you can make the status(available, do not disturb, invisible) reflect in the RingCentral icon on the taskbar - green, red, or gray dot?Sometimes I'd go on Do Not Disturb to wrap up a ticket after a long call. There'd been a few instances where I forgot to change back my status to available since I have RingCentral on the background. It would be super helpful to see your current status by looking at the icon on the taskbar.

Directory lisiting
I only want to list the number I ported over in directory listing rather than the ring central number. My business has been identified by this number for 40 years. I do not want 2 numbers listed. That is confusing.

Add an interrupt message when a call is placed on hold
It would be beneficial for us to be able to play a marketing message to our customers that would interrupt the hold music in a similar way that a message can interrupt the music while a person is waiting in a call queue

Easily change default audio sources 1-click toggle
Hi. I am looking for a way to essentially set up a "speakerphone button" (or control-key shortcut) when using RingCentral app on my desktop. Normally, I like to use the headset mic and earphones. Add Team Members in-bulk in Glip/RC App
This would be useful in way so that when client creates a Group or Team in RC App Messaging, they won't have to type the users email one by one. Would be good to if adding the members that are already within their company is via check box
