  2. Call Queue/custom rule features do not work when a user does not have a hard/desk phone assigned to their account. Reception backup users are unable to take calls on the mobile app or via soft phone unless they have a desk phone. This is a waste of resources: money and materials for an unnecessary device.

  3. We want to have the ability to limit what shows up in the corporate directory to the site the employee is working out of. Meaning, if the account has 3000 users on it and I work at a site with 50 users I should only be able to locate those 50 users in the contacts/corp directory

  4. currently when I want to call a co-worker from the Android/iOS app I have to either memorize their extension, search their name in our company contacts, or scroll through the company contacts to find them.Adding a Home Screen or even the HUD from the desktop app would allow me to call my most commonly contacted people without taking the extra steps of finding them.

  5. We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.

  6. When a person calls and the call is not answered, the app would automatically engage with that person (who otherwise might go elsewhere) with an auto-generated text that says whatever the RingCentral customer sets it to.

  7. So the folder would be called "Minor Toolbox" then the sub folders would be like "addiction" and in that subfolder would be documents like worksheets that a caseworker could download and use with the youth they work with

  8. The ability to only see certain task through search is very time consuming and items are easily lost. I prefer the old where all task could be viewed by sections.

  9. It would be nice to organize your HUD list with tabs at the top. The system automatically adds a tab for Park Locations. It would be nice to be able to add your own. For example: We would want to divide our departments. One tab called Parts and be able to list all of our parts people.

  10. Our old phone system had a simular feature as the HUD list and it was more compact so you could see more people in one glance and didn't have to scroll up and down to find people. I feel that it would be nice if we could make the names smaller so you can see more people at once instead of scrolling.

  12. We use the softphone in the RC app to lookup contacts and transfer calls. I feel like the internal people's status should be shown. It would be nice to see it there so you don't have to look at multiple things to figure it out.

  13. Allow the end user to update their voicemail greeting from the app, or at least a direct link to the correct part of the portal from the app.When users are OOH they need to update their voicemail regularly, and this should be as easy as it is on a mobile phone.

  14. While away on lunch, out of office or not available auto reply would be very helpful when receiving a text. Automatic custom made Signature for every text sent would also save time and so the members know who sent the message.

To join a team, sometimes we are required to find the administrator of the team and ask the administrator to actively join the team.Regarding this scenario, can we send a join request to the group and mention the administrator to help deal with it? e.g., mention administrator, XXX requests to join the group,agree to join/disagree, or the app can send a notification to administrator, open this notification, the administrator can handle this request

Settings -> notification: add a setting option to set special reminders for certain contacts's available presence, click 'Edit' button in this setting option will open a edit dialog, in this dialog, user can remove or add contact. sSave step1 settings, when these contacts's presence changes to available, a notification will be pushed to the user

In service web, I can add /edit/delete my message templates2.On the incoming video call card, the reject button will add a action button, click this action button, I can select a reason message template to send to the host. The action will include the options: message templates list + write custom message.3. For host side, the host can receive the message in rcv meeting.

  19. need an option that regular user ext will be able to select numbers in the auto receptionist to use as their outbound number for sms. as of the moment we are limited to assign the number to the user ext for them to be able to use it. this gives restrictions especially if we need other user ext to use the same number
