Allow extension to be dialed automatically
Like on our cellular could be cool the be able to include the extention with a "break".On iphone i thing it's the ",". So we can work with "callto:" link and add the extention in our contact.

Add a filtering option that would show who opted in to "receive information on product education, training materials".
For every user, in user details/general tab there is a checkbox that states:"Yes, I would like to receive information on product education, training materials etc."I would like to be able to list all users with this box checked.

Enable Call Queue Pickup Members feature without requiring the "Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold" option
There is a feature in a Call Queue that allows you to specify Pickup Members for the Queue but it only works if you have the “Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold” option checked under the User’s Presence settings. But turning that setting on causes the User’s phone to ring when anyone in their Presence list receives a call. So say I have 50 coworkers in my Presence list so that I can call them or forward them calls without having to look up their extension number. And I’m a Pickup Member for this Call Queue.…

RingCentral App should have "Ring out" feature
All our users currently use the “Ring out” feature in RC Phone to send all outbound calls to their desk phones. Because there is no similar feature in the RingCentral app, users either have to dial out on their computer or force the call through the older RC Phone app in order to use the Ring out feature. I am concerned that RC will sunset the RC Phone app, leaving us without an alternative. Anyone that wants to ring their desk phone before the computer or mobile phone would benefit from this feature.

Static page | For not having to leave the ring
It would be nice to add an option for organizations to post their management tools inside the ring, such as a small static page that can be modified over time so that companies can post there the links they use, their tabs, or other documents.
This would help to avoid using other applications such as drive, trello, dropbox or web pages. So that we don't have to go out of the ring to do all our jobs.1 vote -
Application installation/usage by device for NIST/CMMC compliance
Report to show which users have the mobile or desktop application installed/logged in and some identifiying information regarding that device (OS, MAC address, IP, etc.)

Show International calling credits bundle usage on Call Logs
Having a column on Call Logs specifically for calls using up the International Calling Credits Bundle would be a big help.We have over 300 users. 70 of which have global office numbers. It's difficult to keep track of which US extensions are making calls that incur a subtraction from the international calling credits if there is no indication on the call logs. We found that one phone call. There was no indication on the Purchased column under Call Logs. The extension had a US number, and made an international call. Allow multiple call queue call handling methods at once
The ustomer would like the ability to have more than one call handling option available for a given schedule block (business hours, after hours, etc.) For exmaple, if a call comes in after hours - they can only send the call to the call queue's voicemail or a specific extension. They would like to offer callers more than just that, they want to be able to configure multiple options. Allow login to login.ringcentral.com with Ad blocker enabled
Currently cannot login to account with uOrgin ad blocker enabed. Have no issues with AWS, Azure or O365 with it enable only RingCentral.

Shared Voicemail Notification
We are a small office of 3 people. We do not have a dedicated receptionist. When someone leaves a message, an email is sent to everyone in the group, but only on my RCPhone app does it show the glaring red number that there is a message. It would be nice the red number would display on everyone's RCPhone app, until the message is listened to.

show external caller's name/number when transferring call to another user, rather than person who transfers the call
Once transferred, next call recipient should be able to decide whether to answer call at that moment based on who is ACTUALLY calling. Based on my experiment (with RC Help Desk person), next call recipient sees only co-worker's name that transferred the call, not the original caller's name/info. It's very misleading. Only workaround identified is for me to wait for transfer call to be answered, announce the caller, find out if call will be accepted at this time, then hung up to allow caller through or revert back to original caller to take a message. Provide admins with the ability to disable self registration for a specific domain at ringcentral/signup.
This would help to prevent anyone from trying to use a customer's domain to register an account and they wouldn't receive any notifications.

Recurring Tasks
When creating a task, there is an option to make the task reoccuring, but it is very limited. If you want the task to reoccur on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, you can do that. You can set the reoccurance schedule to monthly, but it will only go by the date. Outlook reoccuring dates have more options. It would be great to see that in the RC Task feature.

Download User List with All Settings/Permissions etc
In the download User list inside RingCentral. There should be the ability to download a user list including all settings and permissions. Including Recording Status Phone #'s everything all settings. There should also be the ability to make changes to users on the Excel file and upload them to make the change.This is something that is needed especially for audit reasons to verify extension recording settings, permissions, Title Site, User hours. Please add an option to select additional fields so all account settings can be downloaded if needed.

Forward calls from Shared Line to RC app, as is already working for desktop phones
We have an edge case where a Shared Line Group is ideal and a few users that would like to be able to accept calls that are forwarded to a Shared Line Group on their soft phones. This currently only works for desktop phones.

Simplify login for SSO/enterprise users
Currently when users login to any RingCentral app (desktop, mobile, web) they are prompted for their email address or phone number first which triggers the manual password signin process only and to sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO) users have to click the "Single Sign-on" button first before they enter their email address and continue to be redirected to the company SSO provider.
